I did consider doing a silversmithing course, because I'd love to make myself a ring. I've had a design idea in my mind for about five years and thought I'd like to look into making it myself as it's fairly basic - just a plain band ring with some texturing and burnishing. There is a folk centre here that runs courses, but they get booked up months in advance, or else are on weekdays.
Monday I do Hartbeeps which is like music and movement Tuesday I do sensory class Wednesday is imagine and play class Thursday I was doing massage class but that's finished now Friday is singing and signing class
In two weeks my friend and I are attending a one-off class in Kings Cross called ...Baby One More Time, in which over the course of two hours we will learn the full routine to ...Baby One More Time by Britney Spears. It's only £15 and I can't wait.
I start beginners Italian on Thursdays and a class for writing fiction for young people and teenagers on Fridays in a few weeks. And I've dug my way into a weekly write night for a quiet space for writing on Tuesdays too so I'm happy. School has been such a slog since September and I've given no time to anything else bar a mindfulness course so I've figured this forces me to be proactive about it.
