This makes me feel so old. I still regard Britney as a new artiste.

(It's actually "only" been 14 years and not 16.)

There's a difference between rounding up and claiming #Beautiful went #1 in 40 countries. I would NEVER.

Good for Britney for being able to almost sell out a 4,500 capacity arena. I can't wait to see the 95% stat with the new X Factor intro :disco:

1.5 million points in the Global chart? If it counts SALES AND AIRPLAY and U.S sales is well past 1.1 million, that figure should be much higher than 1.5 million.

I did have a moment on my disco route to work this morning to the acclaimed "Judas" I'll have you know.

    It should have been huge

I'm loving the chasm that Britney's comeback has caused inside Moopy's inner monster circle.

Thank God Applausé has been a hit in the US

Are they actually just letting it die in the UK with no more promo?

I wonder whether the strategy has been to shore up her position in the US to start off with, and then focus on international markets with subsequent releases. Seems utterly bizarre that she hasn't done so much as a chat show to promote a flagging lead single in the UK.

Louf': this is a new form of promotional campaign for Europe where ART meets POP in a MINIMALISTIC way.

I thought the album was finished ages ago and yet she's still working on it?

And why is she ripping off Marilyn with those dreads?

Some fatcat from interscope obviously kicked off and sent her back in the studios.
