Looks like a good video
Thank You, Next video.
I'm being a hater again but all of these context-less "look at us doing an old film!" videos are really boring. I blame Katy Perry.
Yeah, I want to like this more than I actually do. She probably could have done a video inspired by just one of the films rather than a bunch of early noughties teen movies.
Does 13 Going on 30 really have a recognizable enough aesthetic to parody?
Has nothing on Little Mix doing The Craft
in the realm of Ariana parodies, this one is much funnier.
the bit in the garden (3:00)!
The video is pretty incoherent. I don't gag at every decontextualised Mean Girls reference YOU KNOW.
Ariana's new blaccent and heavy spray tan gives me warm memories of an early 2000s Christina Aguilera.
I suppose not, I vaguely remember a doll house being a key point after I watched the video.
But she got the Jennifer Garner facial expressions perfectly
I want her next video to spoof Spiceworld, Cool Runnings and The Human Centipede.
I still haven't seen this video, but my friend sent me this and it's extremely important:
That’s the first time I’ve heard the song and it sounds right tinny so thank goodness for Cath’s rich and creamy baritone
The song is shit, the video is shit, she's shit. So overrated, I don't get it.
She's had one or two good songs, but this thank u next shit is so fucking boring.
It's essentially so big only because it's a meme in song form and people also have made her God since her ex died.
Has anyone considered it a bit odd that her ex dies and shortly thereafter she releases a song called "thank u, next"?
Sometimes you just have to seize the moment.
She’s had a new single out for 24 hours, is no one listening?
It sounds like it’s building to go somewhere but it just fizzles out instead. Nothing has came close to Dangerous Woman era Ari, maybe it was a fluke.
The rate at which she’s pissing out music is completely devaluing any sense of it as an event.
I quite like this song now. There's something very Touch My Body about it. The video is trying too hard to be iconic.
Pharell: HEY! HEY! SHEESH! SHEESH!
next song (and supposedly proper single) 7 Rings out on Friday
