I'm looking forward to the European's starting this week. We are sending a big old team and our sprinting is looking very strong :D

I am in Berlin and my body’s READY. But not for the fucking heat- it’s SO hot here and is going to be 39 degrees on Wednesday.

Looking forward to the championships immensely. I’ve actually never been to an outdoor Europeans and will be fun just to have quite that much to support!

Looking forward to the athletics too. Watched a bit of the swimming but I tried with the cycling and I really didn't care very much.

Oh I'll be there on Wednesday after/during a meeting.

Just a shame it'll be on the hottest fucking day of the YEAR.

Yeah- I'm amazed they're still going ahead- there's a 10,000m on Wednesday in 39 degree heat! FUCK THAT!

Last night was all very exciting, especially Dina.

I have to say I do enjoy the somewhat cruel telly spectacle of the fastest loser stools in the semis.

Dina was all sorts of amazing. To see a British woman run 10.85, well, I didn't actually think I would

Can't wait for 200m and the relays

It’s a bit rubbish for us- it’s not in view in the stadium and you don’t see the reaction of people when they find out they’re not through.

Personally, I’d liked to see them “gunged”, like they were just shit extras on Noel’s House Party...

The womens 400m FINAL is a couple hours before the womens 4x400 relay on Saturday. What silly scheduling.

That steeplechase was practically pornographic as well.

It’s annoying as fuck- the 400s are always early in the programme so why they’ve done this, no one knows.

They want the 4x100s last though as they feel there’s more chance of German success. Yeah, if we drop the baton...

So happy for Megan Beesley getting her first medal, Doyle's lack of racing really showed

Yes it did. A shame, but you can't blame her. You can blame our 800 girls though- that was a fucking appalling race. They played into the hands of the Ukrainian, who did exactly the same thing in a slow race 2 years ago and will probably disappear again until 2020. UGH.

And don't get me started on the 800 men either.

Meghan does seem lovely, very pleased for her. She always reminds me of one of my friends.

MHS (when he finally got up) in that hat was certainly a look.

Pozzi is so fit but needs to get it together.

And yes re 800m, you just wonder why they bother thinking leaving it to the end is gonna suit them

Well, except there's quite EL SCANDALO going on, in that Dai Greene recently left his girlfriend of 12 years for her...

Oh the things you FIND TIED to a LAVATORY BALLCOCK

Actually, it totally passed me by until last night and someone in my group told me all. It was hilariously passive aggressive when his ex apparently wrote lots of nice things about British medallists all week/ last night and missed her out :D

I take it Nielson won't be on our 4x400 seeing as the final is just before the relay? I guess it will effect all teams though. Also thinking Doyle might pull out or not be included after yesterday. I would go

Agyepong ran the best leg yesterday and I'm not sure Beesley will be ready after yesterday. I'd go:

    Clark- Agypeong, Onuora, Allcock

    what a couple of evenings

I think Doyle ran with something to prove. She reminded me of Sally Gunnel there

DAS is just superb - I am looking forward to her racing the best in the world

The atmosphere last night was INCREDIBLE- definitely one of my favourite nights ever in a stadium watching athletics.

The Birmingham Diamond League on BBC1 right now. Some of the line ups are out of this world. That womens 200m :disco:

Yeah I noticed that. In 2018 as well.

Lots of tired British legs so far. It's been a long season
