it's going to be her RHYTHM NATION :guitar:
I always thought that Beyonce liked the idea of pushing the envelope and making every album unique and forward-thinking, as opposed to the Mary Js and Alicias who you would expect to consider her peers. But in perspective, she's hardly M.I.A. It'll still be a pop record.
I'll still end by saying that I could not be more excited if I tried *gay*
I am quite excited about this and imagine I'll only get more interested as more details leak. The IASF era was really the perfect campaign, iconic singles, great concept, and it really made her worth the hype at that point, if that makes sense. Not to mention the music gets better with each album...
Let's hope it's more "Sweet Dreams" and less "Single Ladies" IE a TUNE.
Let's hope it's more "Work It Out"/"Diva" and less "Broken Hearted Girl"/"Irreplaceable" IE. fuck off horns, screaming vocals and lots of pussy poppin' BEATS
to the naughty step for Alex.
It's just an irritating din to me.
I'd rather listen to a pneumatic drill.
'Single Ladies' is nothing without the video.
where's that thread where someone posted "Single Ladies" and "If I Were A Boy" and everyone was like UGH AS IF SHE'S GOING TO DO SUCCEED WITH THAT / HER CAREER IS OVER / THIS IS SO SHIT etc
it was the biggest moopy U-turn of all time this side of Adele
Let's face it
This is going to be the album to end ALL ALBUMS
It may even be BETTER THAN BDAY!
Well I too expect it to be beyond shit, just not to the point of stopping the whole music industry.
"Single Ladies" is a GREAT example of a grower though. I thought it was the worst thing EVER MADE when I first heard it. I love it now.
Any gay WORTH FUCKING has of course had a MOMENT to SL(PAROI)
rumours are that the record is called Girl and that she's already done photos for it
so SECRETIVE, throw us a bone BEE
i like this statement
Sometimes these uptight gays need a bit of LUBE on their PERSONALITIES because a carefree SL(PAROI) moment is essential to life
Beyoncé Knowles will release her fourth solo album in late June this year.
The singer unveiled six tracks from her latest studio album to label bosses in New York last week, and is believed to have received a rapturous response.
"It was just amazing," Sony Music Australia boss Denis Handlin told The Daily Telegraph. "These songs, the best description I can give is groundbreaking.
"She's gone to another level," Handlin added.
Last week it was announced that Knowles had ended her professional relationship with her father, Mathew Knowles, who has managed the singer's career for 14 years.
The currently untitled album will be released in time for Beyoncé's headlining slot at this year's Glastonbury Festival.
Groundbreaking? Her label boss is unlikely to say "more of the same to be honest, if you liked Beyoncé before you probably still will" but COME ON
I'm still excited though
Maybe she did a song about the Japan earthquake
Anyway, breaking new ground aside, I am about to shit over this news
BRING IT ON HOME BEE
thanks for the bowel movement update Lou
anyway, this is one overhype I can get on board with. Let's keep the non-news coming between now and June. EX-CITE.
june? not much longer then... and we should be getting the lead single any time now
i might do this pose in celebration
I love that Beyoncé is one of those rare cases where BUZZ SINGLE is not in her dictionary
When every lead single is a #1 SMASH you don't really NEED a buzz single!
I seriously need to hear more about this album. What's the concept? When are we going to hear the lead single?
rumours are the lead single is being released in a couple of weeks
and I heard talk about Sleigh Bells too. I really don't know what to expect
Watch out BTW!
i can't say anything about this sounds remotely exciting apart from it being beyonce
guess it's still early days for the proper teasers
I downloaded a promo cd last week and in fact it included Sleigh Bells' single "Rill Rill" and it is something I can imagine Beyoncé doing if she wanted to get involved in a whole different genre Speed it up and it sounds like Videophone/Diva

She looks like JESSIE J though.
Whatever it is, it will have a big pop chorus and most importantly a FUCK OFF BUDGET behind it, so I wouldn't WORRY
Xtina empowers women, Gaga empowers gays and Beyoncé the blacks
SCREW THE WHITE STRAIGHT MAN
Put a NECK RING ON IT
I can't wait to hear what she did with Frank Ocean
It sounds like yet another quite DIVISIVE first single
(which everyone will come round to again in the end)
THIS TIME FOR AFRICA

I'll be GENUINELY angry with her if the first single is something as TEDIOUS and DREADFUL as Waka Waka.
Sounds like total shit from that description
But then "absolutely fucking disgustingly sick" never was likely to inspire much ANTICIPATION
