it's going to be her RHYTHM NATION :guitar:

    I joke.

I always thought that Beyonce liked the idea of pushing the envelope and making every album unique and forward-thinking, as opposed to the Mary Js and Alicias who you would expect to consider her peers. But in perspective, she's hardly M.I.A. It'll still be a pop record.

I'll still end by saying that I could not be more excited if I tried *gay*

I am quite excited about this and imagine I'll only get more interested as more details leak. The IASF era was really the perfect campaign, iconic singles, great concept, and it really made her worth the hype at that point, if that makes sense. Not to mention the music gets better with each album...

Let's hope it's more "Sweet Dreams" and less "Single Ladies" IE a TUNE.

where's that thread where someone posted "Single Ladies" and "If I Were A Boy" and everyone was like UGH AS IF SHE'S GOING TO DO SUCCEED WITH THAT / HER CAREER IS OVER / THIS IS SO SHIT etc

it was the biggest moopy U-turn of all time this side of Adele :D

"Single Ladies" is a GREAT example of a grower though. I thought it was the worst thing EVER MADE when I first heard it. I love it now.

    THANX AM

Sometimes these uptight gays need a bit of LUBE on their PERSONALITIES because a carefree SL(PAROI) moment is essential to life

Beyoncé Knowles will release her fourth solo album in late June this year.

The singer unveiled six tracks from her latest studio album to label bosses in New York last week, and is believed to have received a rapturous response.

"It was just amazing," Sony Music Australia boss Denis Handlin told The Daily Telegraph. "These songs, the best description I can give is groundbreaking.

"She's gone to another level," Handlin added.

Last week it was announced that Knowles had ended her professional relationship with her father, Mathew Knowles, who has managed the singer's career for 14 years.

The currently untitled album will be released in time for Beyoncé's headlining slot at this year's Glastonbury Festival.

Groundbreaking? Her label boss is unlikely to say "more of the same to be honest, if you liked Beyoncé before you probably still will" but COME ON

    I'm still excited though

I love that Beyoncé is one of those rare cases where BUZZ SINGLE is not in her dictionary

When every lead single is a #1 SMASH you don't really NEED a buzz single!

I downloaded a promo cd last week and in fact it included Sleigh Bells' single "Rill Rill" and it is something I can imagine Beyoncé doing if she wanted to get involved in a whole different genre  Speed it up and it sounds like Videophone/Diva

She looks like JESSIE J though.

Whatever it is, it will have a big pop chorus and most importantly a FUCK OFF BUDGET behind it, so I wouldn't WORRY

I'll be GENUINELY angry with her if the first single is something as TEDIOUS and DREADFUL as Waka Waka.

Sounds like total shit from that description

But then "absolutely fucking disgustingly sick" never was likely to inspire much ANTICIPATION
