If only Alex Salmond had had a speech like that the Scottish referendum might not have ended in failure

Given its politics it's a little surprising, but then I guess they don't distribute the metro in the countryside.

It got as low as 59% last week.

5 of the last 6 polls have been remain. Not saying that it's a done deal, but I'm feeling much better about it all today.

I saw a headline from the Independent website yesterday that said 80%, but I don't know if that was based on the same source Madison has been quoting. If you're not comparing like with like, it can be a little meaningless.

I didn't watch the debate last night, I'm not wasting my data allowence on Boris, but the currency market hasn't gone that crazy, so I'm taking that as sentiment after was relatively positive. Apparently Ruth Davidson was RUTHLESS (thanks indi)

Ruth was pretty boss. Shame she's a Tory. She doesn't seem like she should be.

Yes, the general consensus is that she is a decent politician wasted leading the unelectable Scottish Tories. There has been some chat that she might turn her attention to the English party, and THAT would be interesting. I think she has more appeal that any prospective Tory leader sitting on the benches in Westminster currently and not just because she's a kickboxing, card-carrying LESBOB either.

Doctor Gillian McKeith looking especially foxy tonight.

Delia Smith talking sense, sandwiched between Vince Cable and Alistair Campbell.

Ann Widdecombe looking like a young Lauren Harries.

Michelle Gayle literally asking one of the most sensible questions I've heard in this entire debate.
