Iggy said it's due early 2015. It features her, apparently.

That being said, is this the era where the last remains of Britney loons aka me jump-ship? I think so. :(

I would rather she was done with Las Vegas, since I presume that's again going to limit her already severely limited ability to promote properly

Britney promo does more harm than good at this point, so I'm not worried about that

My Britney interest took a nose dive with Britney Jean. What a rancid album. I hope Jive can throw a few millons around to buy hits this time. And keep Will.I.Am away. And Britney's sister.

I'm not bending and snapping in excitement yet as 3-4 songs aside the last campaign was well below bar even for her. I've been lapping up Till The World Ends lately, I hope she finds that kind of form again.

    It's consistently underwhelming, true.

But I think I'd rather a personality-free performance of a good song as opposed to a personality-free interview where she repeats the same awkward responses to the same heavily vetted questions.

I'm still on board! Work Bitch is still giving me LIFE and BEYOND :disco:

3 killer songs per campaign is all I need from this bitch.

There's a rumour floating around saying will.i.stop is the EP of this album and if it's true LAWD HELP ME I am going to kidnap her dog.

I'm actually quite revved for this. JSnow's excitement hard kinda infected me. I think BJ was a decent enough effort, but only if she could get back some more of her oomph back and male more Work Bitch and Passenger styled tracks.

I want her to serve me some CALL ME DA BUBBALAH!-esque vocals. No "bitch," no over-computerisation, no Myah Marie. Just Britney. STRIPT!

    SANTA, CAN YOU HEAR ME?

I can't think of a tackier, more talentless pairing that Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea. QUEENS :disco:

Who's involved on the production side? Is it the USUAL SUSPECTS?

I just gave it my first full listen in ages, and it sounds even worse in 2015. The EDM-heavy tracks are inevitably going to date poorly (Femme Fatale suffered less because the production was generally better in the first place.) But even the non-EDM tracks sound piss cheap. Like, "Chillin' With You," and "Perfume" I found at least charming back then, but they just sound tacky and utterly low rent now.

    09 Alien
    11 Work Bitch
    03 Perfume
    04 It Should Be Easy
00 Tik Tik Boom - I couldn't even listen to this one all the way through, what a HEADACHE
06 Body Ache - not bad compared to some of the other uptempos but I can imagine LA TOYA JACKSON releasing this a little too easily
09 Till It's Gone - should have been rush-released with a glossy video after "Work Bitch" fell flat
    07 Passenger
    02 Chillin' With You
    01 Don't Cry

    01 Brightest Morning Star
    09 Hold on Tight
08 Now That I Found You

Perfume remains eau de supreme. I've forgotten the bulk of the rest though.

No. Just no. She took a perfectly lovely (if average) little Sia mid-tempo/ballad-type thing and turned into a monstrosity.

I bet Madonna's original vision for Rebel Heart (aka the Avicii sessions) were inspired by Now That I've Found You

I'm serious! I don't know what I'm supposed to be hearing in Britney Jean that makes it so much worse than Circus or Femme Fatale. Like most Britney albums it has some really good songs and some really shit ones. It was just average, and I was quite confused by the WORST ALBUM EVARRR reception it got

The Invisible Men - the production trio behind "Fancy" (and every other Izzy single), several Jessie J hits (:manson:), and going back a bit, Gabriella Cilmi's "On a Mission", Sugababes' "Easy", "No Can Do", "Denial".
