I've just been given a (really) late birthday gift of Terre D'Hermes and although it's something I always wanted to buy myself, I was wary about doing so and adding another scent to a collection, half of which I don't even use. I now have 10 bottles by different houses. So it's a simple question. How many scents/fragrances do you use/own? Or are you a one signature scent man/woman/thing?
I have three. Hermès Eau D'Orange Verte Vera Wang For Men Bulgari Aqua I wear the Bulgari most days, Vera Wang a couple of days a week and the Hermès really only for an event. It's quite manly for me.
I own : Issey Miyake Calvin Klein Euphoria Joop Pour Homme Boss In Motion Chanel Allure CK One & Armani Aqua D'Gio I use the Miyake one the most though so I guess that would be my signature scent.
I bought Bulgari Pour Homme, Casran and Cristobal a couple of years ago, used each for about a month and then stopped. To be honest, I just chuck on YSL L'Homme most days, even though it's terribly manstream, I'd rather not waste some of my more expensive ones.
And I still have 3/4 of the bottle of Joop left that I used in high school and haven't touched since.
Mine's about 5 years old at this stage, I only use it on rare occasions as a lot of people think it's too strong
I've got some CK One actually. It was sent to Palrophone for Lily Allen and neither she nor my friend who worked there wanted it so I nabbed it. I haven't worn it once though, and this must have been about 2 years ago! I wore it when I was at school and I don't really need to go back THERE again. Perhaps I should gift it to someone I don't like.

I wear Hugo Deep Red most of the time. Kelvin brought me shitloads back Duty Free from Iraq 5 years ago and i'm still getting through it I also have Burberry Weekend which my nan bought me . And Ralph by Ralph Lauren. But I've gone right off them. There's loads i LIKE but i never know the names of half of them
I've just looked at the bottle and discovered this Terre D'Hermes is a perfume. I had no idea they made perfume for men.
I vary between 3. Energise - Hugo Boss (usually wear it in summer) Hugo - Hugo Boss Carolina Herrera - 212
It's just the strength isn't it? It goes something like this I think: Parfum, EDP, EDT, ED'Ete, Cologne.
One, Coco Mademoiselle. I recently finished Miracle So Magic and would quite like another one. Also, i got a sample of Idole last week and i think i like that too. I NEED A BOYFRIEND SO THAT HE CAN BUY ME PARFUM.
My collection: Dior Homme - gift from mum because I had once said I wanted it. I quite like it, but obviously it's quite strong so I only use it for formal events etc. YSL L'homme - I liked it and bought it years ago. But all the nurses at my old job loved it on me so much they got it for me for Christmas last year. I rarely ever use it now. :daf: Armani Diamonds for Men - gift from an ex. I absolutely loathe this. It's in the guest bathroom alongside a few more for air freshening purposes. Givenchy Insense - asbolutely dreadful. A gift from a friend. Honestly why do people even bother buying aftershaves for friends? It's just so personal. Another one in the guest bathroom. Lancome Miracle (aqua) - I loved the original Miracle back in the day, and that's about 7 years ago.. that's been discontinued, but I found this in Venice last year and I nabbed it. Unfortunately my taste has changed and this is also not quite like the original Miracle, so it's sitting in the bathroom. D&G - just the plain original. Gift from a rubbish gay ex-fuck buddy/boyfriend type person who said it was really sexy on me. :daf: Again, it's sitting in the bathroom. Clinique Happy - I don't care how 'gay' this is, it's absolutely one of my all time faves. I only use it in the summer though, and it's usually in my gym bag as I love to splash it on after the gym. That's the really the only time I use it. Summertime gymming. That's it really for the time being. I've stopped putting on after shave on a daily basis. I'm going through a cheapskate Body Shop phase at the moment. So I'm all about their showergels, shaving creams etc. Especially the White Musk one. I need to find a new signature scent because I haven't had one since 2007 I think..
Oh yes and I still have a bit from my old Lolita Lempicka which I loved and used religiously for all of 3 months last year.
Oh I also forgot about Polo Black which I still use occasionally. It's right here at my desk, which is why I forgot to include it in my collection. This is actually my favourite one for work if I do put on some..
I just have CK One. It's the most common one I use out of about 3/4 favourites. I've been using it since I was 18.
It was the signature scent of my ex when I was with him. I still love it now actually, though I couldn't wear it for years as it felt like his. I don't think he even wears it anymore. If he did I'd probably still get a bit around him.
I have Benefit - B and D&G - Light Blue as my day scents. For evening I have Angel - Thierry Mulger, Kylie Minogue - Sweet Darling and Vera Wang - Princess.
I have 3. But Dirty English is getting my vibe at the moment. Love the NAUGHTY incense smell... Makes a change from all the ozone smelling ones you get.
I go through quite a few aftershaves/colognes. Some of my favourites include; - Higher by Dior - Lacoste - Givenchy pour Homme - DKNY Red Delicious - Jean-Paul Gaultier, Homme - Kenzo pour Homme - this is my summer fragrance I have one main fragrance that I don't really tell anyboy about because its an extremely well known brand, so it feels like a bit of a secret. I would describe that as my signature scent.
