    Yes but Saara :disco::o

I squealed when she got through. On first, not her best routine, a double elimination when she's been there before and still escaped it. Yay etc basically

She gives so much more personality on the ice than some of the other couples

I think the judges are overly harsh on her sometimes

Chris’ comment about “lying back and enjoying the ride” was a bit grim

To be fair it was a shit move although yes not the best phrasing.

I love her, she's just so JOYFUL to watch. I love her genuine shock every time she gets through.

I rather enjoyed Jason’s comment saying Hamish looked like he was swinging round a zebra crossing. :D

It was a bizarre move - I'm not sure exactly what else she can do, so it was harsh to blame her for it. In the headbanger, the woman is still able to move her feet in order to land, but in that move her blades are completely restricted so she can't even release herself or land gracefully.

For me it was a bit of a "just because you can, it doesn't mean you should" move.

The impact of the move was lessened with the ridiculous waving of arms and the camera rotating at the same time making it look less appealing.

    Hamish though.

I have never been all THAT keen on James Jordan but I am really enjoying him on this.

I feel like Saara is fucked unless Brian is bottom 2. The judges clearly prefer Melody - having her joint scored with James seems rather convenient, and now we have this "skate battle" thing.

That was fun but totally generic

I disagree, and think Melody is BETTER than Saara. I much preferred Melody’s routine tonight.

Yeah, Saara’s routine really wasn’t all that showy compared to previous weeks

If she’s in the bottom I reckon she’s a goner

Would she not stay over Bryan/Brian? However the hell he spells it these days.

That choreography was shit - can't really blame her for that. A lot of skating nothingness.

Yes Melody was better tonight, undoubtedly, but it really is ludicrous if Brian doesn't go tonight.

Has it really been nearly an hour with THREE performances? :D

Was it just me or did Saara have a tinge of Bette Midler in Hocus Pocus about her tonight?

It would have been ten times better if she'd channelled Hocus Pocus in this made up time tunnel crap.

As IF that was worth a 10 by Wes :manson:

The choreography was harder. When she was lying on the ground and he jamp over the top of her at speed. Worth a 10 TEN TIMES OVER.

I just thought last week was much crisper and better suited to the music with equal difficulty - 2 of the judges even marked him higher last week which makes 10s this week from the other two seem weird and forced.

Jason's scoring has by and large been the most logical

I think James could be just as good if he didn’t have the fear factor. Maybe that comes down to him being older than Wes?

I nearly sicked up a bit.

I cannot believe that just happened - it goes against everything the judges have said every week but Saara was clearly better. I thought Jayne and Chris were going to screw her over.

The bulky Queen LIVES AGAIN :disco:

I didn't see it going that way when the two in the skate off were announced, but Melody's skate did feel strangely half-arsed.

Brian's continuing appeal is quite bewildering.

    :DAF: x 1000 at Brian.

Mind you with Melody out this should give Saara a free pass to the final. I'm absolutely fucking DELIGHTED for her

Melody did very little if any independent skating in the skate off. Saara deserves to go through.

On paper, and based on their skates earlier in the evening I wasn’t expecting that result

But im absolutely delighted Saara’s skating has got her through

Now, let’s hope they have a much better routine next week

Even though she's been doing that nearly every single week and marked down but NOW it counts? :D

I'm not complaining, it's just weird contrary judging, the same as Strictly at times.

I think Melody had shown her solo skating ability during some of her routines and she seemed to me like she had good speed over the ice. There was pretty much none of it in that skate off though.

Ashley did have a point tonight (and it may have been partly due to her partner's choreography) that there sometimes seemed to be a disconnect between Melody's movement and the music.

Wes really PISSED ME OFF this week, moaning about how TIRED he is.

He’s a former bloody Love Island contestant - hardly FULL-TIME WORK is it.

Did someone perform to Rise Up? That has shot back into the iTunes chart.
