on first listen I like it, although the Paralyzed b-side Back in 84 feels like the stronger uptempo to me (and reminds me quite a bit of the excellent Hypnotized )

 

It is very like the Back In 84 vibe, which I liked. I like this too. It’s nice to see her not chasing hits and releasing music more aligned to the stuff she listens to herself.

obsessed with Solid Gold right now, as well as Back in 84. she sounds great on these uptempos with real instruments and proper hooks.

Surprised that anyone could sing along to Paralyzed though I can't even remember how it goes or detect a tune
