Oh my !
People have also been posting a video of Eureka saying she wishes she was black
I don't think I'm familiar with Jackie Harry. Where is she from?
Jackee was on Sister Sister in the 90s and is an ICON.
But thats not even how it ended.
omg I love how petty this is. Already love Jackee.
Jackee was on Hey Qween a while back and was *very* entertaining.
Eureka is so awful. And it's a real shame, cos she has such potential - I love her aesthetic and her paint, but she is so contemptible.
A big girl winning is way overdue. But im so pleased Eureka didn't take that honour.
It needs to be someone at least as good as Latrice, or I'll think she was robbed.
Or even Ginger.
Eureka is not even that good as a performer. She only has looks. Also remember when she had a Velcro reveal that said "the big girl wins" at the finale and then she didn't win and looked like a tit.
A big girl win is only overdue if they deserve the win based on their talent. Not their size.
It happened on ANTM when Whitney won, and she is regarded as one of the worst winners ever.
Alright Mary is enough to put you off Drag Race for life. Utterly UNBEARABLE hearing those two DRONE ON.
Race Chaser is a real treat and Alaska and William make a fine pair of hosts.
Race Chaser is fabulous!
But they taught me that Asia O'Hara not finishing her gown is representative of a wider trope within the gay male community of men being fixers instead of putting their own health first. Putting hospital appointments aside and risking to their own health so that they can chat to their girl friends about their problems in the cafeteria, comfort their mothers during a bad argument with their abusive father...
It's so overanalytical, I love it. When they spend about five minutes talking about the actual challenge so that they have an hour and a half spare to interpret a conversation shared between Vivacious and April Carrion in the werq room.
Are people still bothering with What's The Tee? The last two episodes I've listened to have been pretty much unbearable hearing Ru pontificate and psychobabble endlessly. I mean obviously he's always been prone to it, but on episodes without guests, I simply cannot stand it any more. Complete tripe.
Absolutely never. I can't stand HIM and I can't stand HER
The SHIP HAS SAILED
I’ve been quite (QUITE) enjoying the chatty ones considering I don’t usually give a shit about any of his guests and the same questions over and over. But it was a slog getting through Riverdon’t, can you tell he has a self-help book coming out??
I’ve got 2 left, Lady Bunny, which sounds alright, and the latest appears to have Visage’s kids on it, which I’m sure I won’t be able to finish. She speaks to everyone under 30 like they are idiot children, so I can’t imagine what she’ll be like to her actual kids
V: So honey, how old are you?
guest: I’m 28 (makes fake shy face you can somehow hear in the podcast)
V: oh that’s NOTHING you’re a BABY FETUS, you don’t know anything about the world. I’ll tell you why your mother didn’t love you *long aside about her own adoption* it’s because you’re a Scorpio-
Ru: *interrupts* Scorpico? Aheeeheeehee
V: a Scorpio, with Mars in retrograde, that’s why, honey *condescends*
Ru: honey chil’ Uranus is in retrograde! Aheeheeeheeee
V: ha! MY anus is retrograde!!
V: *deepthroats mic and screams*
I thoroughly enjoyed the Lady Bunny one, just so you know.
The Lady Bunny one was interesting I feel mainly for two reasons - firstly she exists outside the world of Drag Race, and it can feel that those are the parameters sometimes. And secondly, I very much feel she was a moderating effect on Ru. He believes so much of his own shit and Visage rarely calls him out on it (and if she tries, is invariably either ignored or has her mic turned down) or is also on the same page.
I can agree with that. As a complete aside, I do also think the podcast has the effect of making me like Visage more, even though she is kind of annoying. She seems far more human there than anything else I’ve seen...
I’ve been diligent about podcasts, including What’s the Tee, and I very rarely skip them. But I couldn’t listen to the latest one with Michelle’s kids
Ru interrogating and psycho-analysing Michelle's clearly uncomfortable elder daughter about her issues with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts while snapping at her every few seconds, "Don't look at your mother!" really is something else!
One of the best ones they've had with a guest.
Thrilled to hear that Tatianna is going to be the guest when Race Chaser covers season two.
As much as I like Tammie Brown, she's a bit on her own planet in terms of providing insight into her season - well, as well as not being around for much of it. I imagine Tati will have a lot more to say.
Ooh the anti-Sild has split this up a bit, thank goodness!
If her contribution to the S2E1 episode is anything to go by, Tatianna's input seems to have been one brief phone call for the entire season
I loved Willam's agog reaction to Shangela's workroom makeup (or lack thereof) in the most recent episode.
Did anyone stick with the Katya podcast? I was mildly surprised to see it's still going - did it get any better?
I didn't know she did one. I read she's back on the Trixie & Katya Show.
It's called Whimsically Volatile. I never listened to it but the reaction on here was fairly negative.
Katya is painfully inconsistent. At her best she's my favourite ever queen.
For the benefit of all you Jinkx fans (@Zu-Klara @Chlammy and anyone else), I've just discovered she did the Comedian's Comedian podcast with Stuart Goldsmith back in 2016.
It's a podcast I started to subscribe to back before I started watching RPDR at the start of 2017, and I'm guessing I scrolled back through all the previous shows at that point and had no idea then who Jinkx even was.
It's a long interview with Jinkx and Major Scales, and I enjoyed it rather a lot.

In WHAT'S THE TEE discussion, I actually really enjoyed the one with Ru's 82 year old "friend" from Los Angeles. When I started, I thought "Oh I'll skip this shit" but the car defaulted to playing it the next day when I got in and it was really interesting...
Oh and the ALYSSA one, OBVS
Just noticed that MTV is showing season 2, and VH1 Untucked currently, although not in sync. Think I'm going to record them all and listen alongside Race Chaser.
Ugh Juliet Lewis is hard work to listen to, physically. I gave up, which I VERY rarely do (only with visage mouthing off about alternative health with some kindred spirit, and the one with one of her kids being traumatised isn’t studio)
If Juliet wasn’t sub-audible, she was screaming black hellfire and blowing my eardrums. Ru seems to be speaking from a secure room away from the mic too. SHAMBOLIC!
Have we seen that Race Chaser (which has just wrapped up season 2, other than the reunion) is holding season 3 and skipping straight to All Stars 4?
I wonder if they will then go straight to season 11 afterwards.
Joel Kim Booster (comedian) and Nicole Byer (Nailed It/AS3 guest judge) started a podcast recapping the show. It’s good.
Thanks for the heads up. I liked the few episodes I listened to but didn't have the commitment to rewatch the early seasons so this is ideal.
I'm loving the new What the Tuck Vulture podcast.
I've listened to this now. Loving Willam in it.
I felt bad for Farrah, the way Willam went in on her, but to be fair everything she said was true.
Interesting that Farrah fucked up her burlesque routine twice. Still glad she stayed, but that really re-contextualises it for me. Anyone can have an accident, but it seems she really was woefully unprepared.
