I have, in my elder years, mellowed a lot with my music tastes. I appreciate Kylie, understand the appeal of Eurovision, learnt to respect ABBA, accept that Girls Aloud are pop royalty, look back fondly at The Spice Girls and even allow the love of Steps while not actually ever listening to them. but there will never, ever be a bar that can plummet so low that CHERLY COLE can get a nod from me
