Interesting too that unlinke the greedy fucker Tony Blair he has chosen to focus on charity work even though he could quite easily land a high profile job at the IMF.

As I've just stolen off facebook... Con-Dem-Nation.

One thing I'll had Labour and Brown have been very graceful in defeat.

A card is much easier to fit into your pocket than a passport. I'd much prefer to lose a card. at least I'd still be able to fly! :D

so what do we reckon, is David Cameron going to come out for gays because he knows all eyes will be on him and his 'promises', or do we think he's now going to have to deal with his bigoted party who are now in power and he's going to have to shut up about sexual equality?

Shall we form a Moopy club? I am genuinely sad about it.

I think the country has lost an outstanding politician.

    Urgh.

I'm not even going to think about how a party that I thought might have some principles has made this happen, it's too depressing.

I hope this is a massive stitch-up and the Lib Dems walk away now and leave them as a minority.

does anyone know why Clegg has such BLINDING HATE for Brown?

It's just so obvious and I can't help but wonder where all this came from with Lib Dems suddenly lurching to the right for the first time since... well EVER

these are the parties who used to be COMPLETE OPPOSITES for fucks sake, before the Labour party was formed...

David Dimbleby has been awake since last Wednesday. He probably thinks that Squirrel Nutkin is the new Prime Minister.

It'll be interesting to see how the Tory press react to the Lib Dems now considering they thought of them as more left wing than the Labour party.

Christ, really? Not good, not good at all...

My friend Sophie made me laugh though:

"Already a Scottish family is homeless and unemployed. That's a Tory government for you."

Well you can't argue British politics has definitely been revived. So much has gone on in recent weeks. These last few days have been particularly amazing.

I really just hope the Lib Dems keep the Tories in check.

As a Lib Dem, I am a bit depressed now. Basically because I know next year, when i'm campaigning for the Scottish elections, all people will say is "Well, you went with the Tories" and my only answer to that will be "Yes, I know. I didn't agree with that."

Why then, did he have that protracted conversation with Nick Robinson about him choosing charity work over a life in international politics whilst the camera tracked his car's journey to Labour HQ?

All I can guess is, they were mis-informed.
