Hmmm...that sounds different. I'm glad that she is keeping on though as the last album is still amazing, and I trust all will be worth the wait.

Margaret Berger - Undiscovered Queen of Pop - Or so I believe from what I have heard from her. WYRMT is my song of the year, Samantha and Robot Song are both fabulous but unfortunately I can't get hold of any more stuff from Pretty Scary Silver Fairy - Any chance anyone could repost the links from earlier in the thread?

Hopefully Margaret's new single will be revealed quite soon - I'm checking her mypsace everyday!

A small few of you will be pleased to know Margaret will be releasing her third album this year and a single is on it's way very soon.

    BIG FAT YAY

I gave PSSF a spin last Sunday, for the first time in ages. It hasn't lost any of its appeal :disco:

I quite like it but it sounds much more ramshackle than the last album. Could still be a demo (after all this time?) I suppose.

I definitely think there's promise there, I'm finding the vocals on the chorus to be a little whiny but it's too easy to be judgmental on a 50 second clip.

I think this is just an album track so there can only be improvement from here.

Ms. Berger will be releasing the first single from her new album on February 21st! It's called 'In A Box' and will be released digitally and on a aluminous yellow vinyl. The b-side is called '4-E.V.E.R L.O.V.E'.

    'In A Box' has leaked. I hope it's a grower :(

I love it. Not a million miles away from 'Pretty Scary Silver Fairy' at all, which I'm glad about. It's simple, infectious and bloody good. Alright, it's no 'Samantha' or 'Will You...' but WHAT IS?

It just sounds like one of the tracks from the last album minus any progression (and that was FIVE years ago now, wasn't it?), and more importantly, minus any HOOK.

Yes. It is pleasant, but quite unexciting on first listen. The change in direction she was threatening at one point certainly doesn't seem to have materialised.

What is the bargain bucket Gaga in jumper and leggings meant to be about?

The song has grown on me somewhat, but I still think it is a bit disappointing.
