Morning all! I see there's been a new prefix added when you go to post a message re the STOP FUCKING HATE. How does that work though if you're replying to a post and putting a link to the STOP FUCKING HATE?

Not sure it's the best topic of discussion to start the week with.

Oh well. And a spelling mistake to boot

One of the mods is welcome to change it.

Oh dear. I woke up at 6 thinking I'd got over my jetlag. Went to the gym and everything. Now dying in the office with 2.5 hours to go.

I sat on my sofa for 20 minutes staring at the wall willing myself to get up and come to work this morning.

I think that's the VERY definition of depression

That's me, now. But I'm still in bed trying to deny today is happening. And I've been awake since 4am worrying about a meeting I've got in an hour, even though there is fuck all to worry about.

Oh fuck. The official most depressing day of the year isn't for another two weeks yet. January 21st. HUNKER DOWN kids. It's going to get WORSE before it gets better.

The thing is, I'm not HUNGOVER (haven't drunk in 2 weeks) so I can't blame that and I've got QUITE A BIT OF MONEY so it's not even the misery of post Christmas financial RUIN that's getting to me.

I just CANNOT face a full week at work. I'm already sat here thinking of ways I can get out early on various days...

I always worry about work on a Sunday night, despite the fact there's really no reason to. I never sleep well on Sundays because of it.

I traditionally never used to sleep well on Sundays as a kid either and there was never any reason why- I can remember right up to being 14 or 15 and lying awake well past midnight and my parents being exasperated with me when I was much younger. I still never sleep brilliantly on Sundays, though generally it's a fair bit better than it used to be now...

I don't think mine IS worry in the real sense. It's more just my mind sort of whirring into action again after shutting down on Friday afternoon.

This is one of the reasons I really struggled with working a 9-5 job. As a kid I used to spend the whole of Sunday moping and dreading going back to school for the week which meant the weekend was only ever enjoyable for Friday evening and Saturday. Shifts aren't necessarily easier, there are times when I absolutely hate working the weekend. But I never have the regularity of that Sunday/Monday misery.

I used to feel a bit like this when I worked in a bar, but it was even MORE depressing when you had to leave doing something nice in the afternoon to go to work in the evening! I would have a feeling of dread ALL DAY.

My housemate (who is 35 and rather large) is currently having sex with a fairly young (younger than 20) foriegn in the next room. CREEPY.

I have Open Your Eyes by Eyeopener in my head. Someone should cover it with a video similar to Wubble-U's Petal but with Bejewelled-esque graphics, I feel.

I was actually slightly looking foreward to doing a full week again. I think just powering through it is the only way I'm going to get back on track, given I haven't done one since mid December. My body clock has been absolutely FUCKED, and my gym routine has gone way off.

I haven't been since I got ill in November. I couldn't do it then, then Christmas came along, and I just got terribly lazy. Me and Iguana did a SLIGHT bit of running on Saturday to get to a depo before it closed (it was all very TREASURE HUNT WITH ANNEKA RICE) and I'm actually acheing today, which is telling me I really need to get back into the swing of things.

I might dig out noted LESBAIN Jillian Michaels again. :(

I went twice over the Christmas holidays, and believe me considering I can usually ONLY bring myself to go if I do it straight after work without stopping, that was a feat of TITANIC mental strength.

Who ARE all these FREAKS who blather smugly on about how they 'really miss it' after they've been doing it for a while? They're clearly liars, I've been at my current place 3 years now and every journey is a battle to overcome DREAD and LETHARGY.

Although I do always feel better afterwards, focusing on which is the ONLY reason I can actually bring myself to do it.

I haven't done one since October, I don't think. The fact that I'll be moving teams at work is what is DRIVING ME THROUGH. That and the fact I have social engagements today, tomorrow and Wednesday this week. BRAP

Yes! Same! My dad went a couple of times and asked if I wanted to go with, and while I was semi-tempted, I just couldn't muster up any energy to go. I think I need my "work-gym" routine to stick to.

    Bored beyond belief at work.

    I have nothing to do.

Oh well my contract ends tomorrow and then I will be unemployed.

Which is not that bothersome as it means I can sleep through the month of January.

At this rate by 50 I'll be getting a fortnighly flight to Thailand and Malaysia for "self help conferences"

Aw I was doing that Friday night . Except we all liked the cheater.

This morning has dragged. Badly .
I've also had to admonish a girl for the fact her BRONZED face stops halfway down her chin where her neck is milky white. What a state

Are all Moopers in relationships faithful? It seems most London queens cheat...
