I don't have Spotify, it's not (all) on youtube and my usual sources aren't yielding this one...may have to sit this week out.

It's all on YouTube - here is a playlist I made - only difference is that songs 1 and 12 are combined into 1 song on this - it's basically an Intro and Outro of the same song.

Exactly! I know I'm entering this conversation too late, but that reaction often bugged me. ESPECIALLY from some Eurovision queens who routinely listen to foreign music.

I've often thought about posting about Japanese music I thought would be enjoyed, but flat denial was what I'd received, except I think in ASFM.

I watched a Perfume concert online before, and if Girl Aloud had done something as polished and :disco:, Moopy would've dropped its collective guts:

Ooo I might give this a go after sloping off for weeks on end and missing out on a helping of moist cabbage :disco:

As anyone been keeping an average? Don't have a clue which one comes out on top, though this is easily MY fave.

Well I'd suggest that if someone states they haven't listened remove the vote.

    Not that it REALLY MATTERS!

Sorry but including Phoenix's vote when he hasn't listened to it is not a precedent I want to see set for this thing...

    Jannika B minus

I am perfectly OK with music where the words aren't in English. Or aren't words at all. Or are completely absent. In fact, the last of these is often desirable.

This is actually fine. As in it's OK. As in I didn't go "jeez" and think about turning it off at any stage. But it also never really raised itself much above the background. The best tracks are back to back - Tahdon, a hi-octane piece of pop drama which, oddly, made me think of t.A.T.u.'s "Not Gonna Get Us". Not sure why as it sounds exactly fuck all like it..."Sateen Rummat"'s change of pace was welcome too, an ear break after the generally screechy synths that dominate the proceedings. The chord sequence recalls "Fast Car" and is infinitely preferable to that execrable cover of "FC" that was knocking around last year. "Viimeinen Matka" is more than decent too. Overall, however, it feels a bit one-shot, a bit pre-set. Nowt wrong with it but not enough right with it to really catch my attention.

5.5/10, marked as a 5 on the poll.

This was very average. I didn't listen enough times to be able to rate each song, and frankly, I didn't feel the need to.

Finnish sounds neither beautiful (like the Latin languages) nor exotic to me and hence didn't add anything good to the music.

Clarification: Does it have to be a 'new' album, or just an album that you think is new to most others?

You could post your review of this one though, was curious to hear your opinion. And @VoR's too.
