    14st 4lbs.

I'm not going to actively participate though, I'm just interested to document it and see if it changes. I think I gained about 4lb over Christmas.

I've gained about a stone and a half over the year. WE HAVE SKIMMED MILK. I don't know how this happened.

Apparently my BMI is 27.1. I knew I was overweight, but thought I was closer to 25 than that. Perhaps I do need to participate.

Mine is 29.2 Apparently I'm virtually OBESE which is just NONSENSE. However the doctor has said I need to lose a stone or risk (further) heart problems.

I'm deffos a bit wobbly around the belly and thats not been helped by getting though 2.5kg of Quality Street in December, but I have managed to goto the gym a few times over Christmas and so I'm not feeling as utterly OBESE as usual.

    I daren't have a weigh in though. I think I'll wait a week.

    I was 12.3 two weeks ago. Today I am 13 :(

I need to get into the 11s.

I'm pretty sure if I carry on eating the way I have been this holiday I'll be back up to my old 18.5 stone mark

I have far too much Christmas food and crap left here to start yet. I need to edge up towards 15st and then it should be easier to lose a few lbs anyway.

I was 11 stone 2 on the morning of the 24th. I don't want to weigh myself but I'm going to after my bath. Confident I've gained a stone.

I dare not weight myself (to spare me the shock) but I think I'm along these lines too, Ag. 13st would be my ideal weight (I reached it back in 2009 but that's a long time ago).

So, yeah, 2017 NEEDS to be my fit year.

I got relatively low in weight at the end of the summer, thanks to good eating and miles of cycling. Then wedding finished, winter stopped my biking and I ate too many mince pies.

Gonna get me some home gym equipment and work the shit out of my podge.

Had a dreadful year diet and fitness wise, i'm currently 16st 1lb.

I've created a gym schedule which fits into my work schedule and considering the gym I go to is a 30 second walk away from work I have NO EXCUSE. I also bought the Joe Wicks Lean in 15 dvd and books which I intend to use daily.

I was 82.5 before Christmas, went down to 79.5 before the new year and God knows how much I weigh now after partying for two days. :gross:

    Goal is still 85 kilos

My goal for 2017 is to finish my second marathon in May, and do it under 4 hours 30 minutes. I ran it at 5 hours 10 minutes in 2014, but was probably overly cautious because I didn't want to risk not finishing. The most I had trained for before that race was only 16 miles (they say to max your training at 20 miles).

    Get involved.

I have thus far eaten beans on one slice of brown toast and a small bag of sweet chilli snack-o-jacks. I snuck in a full house clean and a 5 mile walk, so I'm hoping to be down a couple by the time of first FAT CLUB weigh in on Thursday.

I'm back in the gym today, I'll weigh myself and post an awful SELFIE while I suffer in the elliptical trainer.

Ugh this is why I hate January at the gym, people thinking they'll get in shape during the first month of the year

Roll on February when everyone has given up and the gym is less crowded :)

EXCUSE ME , but you know I am a gym enthusiast the whole year around, ok so I took a two week break (to be honest the second week was obligatory since the gym shut down for the holidays).
I hate the first two weeks of january in the gym too.
also, when I get out of the office I'm stopping by the drug store to fill up on supplements :disco:

My mum decided she wants to get fitter so made me set the Wii up for her. I'd forgotten how much Wii Fit is, especially the one where you're a bird and you have to fly across and land on those things.

I swear there are number of gross side effects to weight gain. Like my hair looks terrible - not greasy, but lank.

The batteries have gone in my scales. I think I might cry if I checked anyway, so I'll just focus on trying to get rid of this tummy.

A customer at work commented before christmas that i'd gained a load of weight. Which was both mortifying and a reality check. The Joe Wicks DVD is great, easy to follow and he's shirtless often so that's a bonus.

Wrong! A muscle queen like you should aim to get bigger. Or are you short?

I bet I've gone up to 11.5 stone after Xmas. It'll drop once I'm back into my gym and yoga. And not over eating anymore.

    :o

Still a long term goal for me too but I've barely done any distance running in a couple of years. Only ever when I'm aways somewhere too picturesque to resist. I've been enjoying running a few miles on the street again recently though.

I was ill just before Christmas and lost about half a stone from that and I'm keen to capitalise on it and drive my body fat down.

I've been an occasional smoker for a while - like 10 a week since about September. But we've given that up again. Much easier this time.

I've got a massive slab of Galaxy and a selection box. Might as well eat them to put them out of sight.

We sent a MASSIVE mix of remaining chocolate and sweets to Mr Ag's work. It was such a good mix and I normally like to take them to my work (makes you look generous) that I was bit jealous.

I made the mistake of eating the cheap crap first, and still have a lot of nicer chocolate here. I'm not giving THAT to work. They are welcome to the Galaxy, though. And the stollen we've not yet opened.

Just had miso glazed salmon, green beans, spinach and brown rice for my tea.

    BACK.
