    I find by not drinking, training, and eating healthy in the week I loose weight. I'd love to be dedicated to the cause enough to apply the same at weekends but I fucking love wine.

    Same here. I'm good during the week but come the weekend it's all pizza, prosecco and Galaxy Golden Eggs.

    Still exercising though because I've got sucked into my friend's 100 Days of Fitness initative, so I'm not falling apart completely.

    I am contemplating going off booze for Lent to see what happens (weight-wise). Although I've got St Patrick's Day and a drag queen night in the middle of it.

    Almost a stone lighter now and I feel amazing.

    I fell off the bandwagon on Saturday and got wasted at a club night (apologies to Bev...) and paid for it well in to Monday afternoon.

    If anything it's made my resolve to not drink even stronger.

    Thats the shitter with booze, if you turn your back on it, when you eventually coming running back, it hurts you.

    Thats why I maintain a consistent eye on casual alcoholism.

    I took the dog for a walk and sprinted up the steps from the beach to the door, which is a steep old climb, I ran yesterday and did KBs Tuesday. I'll take today as a rest day and IV some lard.

    Oh indeed. I'm pretty clean Monday - Friday afternoon with food and exercise (with the odd weeknight out with a couple of casuals, but nothing excessive). So I'm not really getting any bigger per say. But to shift a few kilos I think it's gonna have to have a mini-weekend crackdown. But not completely - I don't actually think I could do a full seven days without some wine/beer/junk food.

    I've worked my hamstrings and glutes so much recently it now hurts them to sit down for too long.

    Just SMASHED OUT 3.5km on hilly gravel and rock. I'm assuming/hoping that makes it sound more impressive because it really was fucking hard.

    Now I'm making up excuses not to go plant shopping.

    I have well and truly fallen off the wagon. After I actually did well all week, I GOT DRUNK at the SU bar instead of going to Slimming World and it's not been good since. However a none hungover Saturday has great promise.

    I'm not sure being vegetarian and losing weight is a good combo. I might need to get back on the chicken.

    I don't see where I'm getting dietary fat from though, other than avos and eggs. We don't eat white carbs full stop and we've cut carbs from the evening meal.

    I wish I gave this much of a shit 10 years ago when it was easier.

    I did 6.5k on Thursday outdoors, but considering I run a 10k in TWO weeks I'd better up the ante :grim:

    I'm back to being stuck at my weight. I lost the Christmas weight and now I can't lose anymore.

    I think I'm maybe done trying. I've lost 6.5 stone. I have another stone ish to lose but I'm bored.

    My mates lost 8kg and 11cm off his waist in 28 days. He's dropped 7% body fat. Insane.

    I have friends who went vegan and then puffed up despite constantly being active and working out.

    Now one of them has given up veganism and looking trim again within a month.

    He's on some challenge thing at the gym. He had weight to lose don't get me wrong but hes not drinking, no sugars, no refined carbs, grains, dairy etc. Basically meat and greens every single day.

    I think he did something stupid like 15 classes/gym sessions last week as well.

    This is the guy who ran the marathon after staying up doing mcat all night and had a redbull vodka to calm his nerves before setting off. I'm sure he'll be fine.

    I'm the total opposite. I'm feeling back into it. I've downloaded some app thats bound to fuel my body dysmorphia. It overlays the silhouette of your last topless selfie on the current one, so you can see progress pictures.

    I've got just over 3 weeks until Andorra where I need to be fit and then I've got Berlin in April to attain heroin chic.

    I've been away with a friend for the weekend. So eating out, and not walking half as much as I do usually. I've not weighed since the new year, but I certainly feel a right lard arse.

    I lost 2.5lbs this week. 9lbs in total now. Really keen to get to a stone.

    I have no desire to weigh myself yet. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and when there is a noticeable improvement then I'll have a look.

    I suspect the good weather has meant I've been more active. Also a very sensible shop last week, meant we've had decent weight efficient meals.

    I haven't weighed myself in years, or at least a year because we havent owned scales that long. The mirror is my judge. And it judges me harshly

    I was 12.5 stone when I was last feeling really pleased with my physique, but I dread to think how much I've lost. I feel really horrible losing muscle, I actually gasped at my thighs this morning. My gym induction is Monday and I'm getting a PT as I've done the gym long enough and want actual results this time.

    Ran the 10k today! Finished in 1 hour 5 minutes and didn't need to stop at all, very happy!

    Well done Steppy. I stomped and flopped my way through a 2.5k run earlier. I'm so crap and have no stamina.
