Looking at last years topic I was possibly at my most out of shape ever... I lost a stone and a half and then kept most it off. I start the year at 14 stone and 6lbs, which is a stone lighter than last year. I am currently eating well, lots of fibre - wholemeal everything and salad every day to fill up the plate, normally sharing with something low fat. Also not drinking. A week in and it appears to be going really quite well, which is nice and I'm feeling much less flabby.
