It could probably use a bit more of something happening in the middle, but still it is as it says on the tin:

    I like this lots:

Good that she is back making music, I know she wasn't well a while ago. I still dream about that full album with PNAU that was talked about at one point.

Litany appear to have lost a member and she's come over all retro:

I did not realise that the singer from Kitten was in Nasty Cherry - I am pleased that it looks like Kitten are continuing. Anyway, What Do You Like In Me has those hazy synths going on and is all very :( (though this is somewhat offset by the wonderfully campy video):

    Very Billie Eilish:

I’m really solely looking at my MOR sister @dUb here, but have you heard Across the Raging Sea by Chloe Agnew?

I don't dislike it but it's a bit on the 'this will appeal to the elderly Americans who think they're Irish' side

We know she's the daughter of Zip Up Your Mickey meme queen Twink yeah?

new banger from Ji Nilsson and Marlene, the team behind last year's incredible sad banger Ear Candy

Eden XO's EP is out and this one is fairly great

The Eden XO song is great. I love it when it gets all busy musically at the end. The video is quite ridiculous:

Horrible, horrible brown stains on the wall but nice synthpop:

Ralph's new one is a bit of a groove:

It owes more than a bit to That's The Way Love Goes, but this recent effort from Cassie is a chill delight

this Cyril Hahn (:disco:) remix is absolutely to die for - a melancholy delight

excellent pop track brimming with melody and a strong vocal from the hipster lesbian popstar du jour - that middle 8 is fab

    That Cyril mix is lovely!

Speaking of remixes I adore this one for Owl Eyes' hideously underrated Italo disco track (the original is great too)

I've only listened to this one twice, but its breathy late night dreaminess has stuck with me.

Also this retro feel good jam I already mentioned in the summer playlist thread

The recent Anna Of The North singles have been very middling, but this is certainly much better.

'Muss' is a new one on me. I like, even if Ralph's new material doesn't seem to have the same lightness of touch as her older stuff.

Another very good single from Your Smith:

I was just listening to this on the way to work this morning. It is amazing, easily the best new single of the week.

Love AofN's delivery. The 'what you gonna do, where you gonna go when nothing gets you in the mood' parts are the best.

I'm not really liking the turn Litany have taken since losing 50% of their members. It's gone from wonderful melancholy introspective pop to overly self-aware limp tunes which shoehorn as many 90s references in as humanly possible

His album is finally out today. I think half of it is at least a couple of years old.

I generally quite like his stuff, it's nice and varied and he seems like a chipper chappy. I wish there was a version of the album that expunged that awful catchphrase though. At least Darkchild kept his signature to the first 5 seconds of the track.
