Despite (or because of) the accusations of xenophobia the policy on making firms say how many foreign workers they employ is quite popular, which is surprising considering Ed Miliband proposed it a few years before the Tories stole it.

They way it was announced was fucking appalling and even worse was the idea that once the increase in UK trained doctors are working in British hospitals then the foreign born ones will no longer be needed.

Did I also see something about FINING British doctors who want to go and work abroad?! What with junior doctors being treated like shit as well, who the fuck is going to want to spend six years in medical training now?

29% is a bounce? It's in the margin of error of Labour's lowest poll ratings isn't it?

The only bounce Corbyn's going to experience any time soon is when he resumes rumpy pumpy with Big D.

It's a two sided coin for TEZZA. On one hand she'd get a personal and (no doubt vague) Brexit mandate. On the other Corbyn would HAVE to go (surely?) and then there is the potential for a far more interesting match.

Honestly, I kind of hope it happens. Corbynism needs to be put out of its misery sooner rather than later.

It speaks volumes that Momentum are already planning their next move for when Corbyn resigns. I don't think anybody truly believes in him as a potential future Prime Minister any more.

Well if OUR DI says it.

Seriously I don't need TWO GENERAL ELECTIONS AND A REFERENDUM during the span of my degree.

The prospect of GEORGE FUCKING OSBOURNE and Nicky Morgan providing a more effective opposition to Terri is just surreal.

I've no idea what calibre of MP is being selected by the Tories in the marginal seats (Hard Brexit or neoliberal pink soft Brexit?) but maybe a bigger majority will mean Terri is liberated from the chains of disgraced Liam Fox and David DD Davis.

RobotBoy's staunch defence of Tresemme is embarrassing here. I was hoping to find other people to mark down, but it turns out it we weren't as pro-may as I first thought.

So this bitch reckons she's staying on to fight the next general election. Oh I DO HOPE SO.

A couple of media training course away days and she thinks, she's the next Thatcher.

The Tories bring down their leaders at a whim. Her dismounting will probably be simple, quick and right after the cold sad mess that is Brexit leaves her dangling like a lynching victim.

He's a stalking horse - they want to see how odious they can be whilst not losing the crowd. After fucking up a good few dodgy policies at the election, this is clearly the new strategy.

Jacob Rees-Mogg is a walking totem of the country's bizarre soft spot for these ludicrous upper-class toffs in politics, he could have turned up at Good Morning Britain and endorsed feudalism and people would still coo at him for being just like the people off Downton Abbey.

God I hate him. We're very close to the border with his seat so he pops up quite a lot on local tv and radio. And his niece was the Tory candidate here in May. She conveniently lied about living on his estate and her local connections, though.

I think it's probably overestimating the party's capacity for coordination on this to think this is a strategy rather than a sign of Jacob Rees-Mogg's all-consuming self-importance.

Well it would, if I didn't think he was such a massive bell-end already :zombie:
