yeah it’s just noise for me but I sort of like it anyway. I suppose it’s not like you could just follow one of the books because of the crossover events. I don’t really care much for the interviews or panels at conventions but having never read x-men maybe I’m not the true audience
I don’t drive so I walk a lot, always need a podcast for that. Plus I’ve started listening to them while exercising in the morning. But yeah, I never really put one on for the sake of it, has to accompany an activity of some sort.
I listened to the lovely @dUbs podcast this morning while driving to work and my journey just flew by! Its really inspired me to listen to more so I thought I'd look in here for suggestions* *obviously dubs is still my favourite though.
If you’re looking for a pop music podcast I have been enjoying Right Back At Ya. I also quite like Unflopped as well, where they pit two songs that flopped against one another. If you’re looking for something a bit darker, The Teachers Pet would be my pick.
See I work from home so I don’t have a commute. it’s not just podcasts. I am still only on the second section of Mariah’s audiobook because unless I’m out walking I don’t pay attention and have to keep going back over. I did actually just spend an hour listening to her book whilst baking... but I can’t bake every day.
Dr Death has returned for Season 2. I loved Season 1 and this one is just as RIVETING, (if thankfully not as GROSS).
Does anyone subscribe to audible and use their podcasts? They seem to be getting more and more exclusives that interest me. And now the Dear Joan and Jericha book is on there as well, I need to look into subscribing for a trial at least.
Yes, it's their podcast which has finally tipped me, I think. I loved the radio two shows they did over Christmas and New Year a few years back, essentially them just prattling on for an hour or so. And I assume they are a bit more sweary away from the BBC.
I FOUND THE FIRST EPISODE A BIT DISAPPOINTING BUT THE SERIES DEFINITELY IMPROVES AS IT PROGRESSES TO THE POINT WHERE I WAS LAUGHING OUT LOUD IN THE STREET
