Pumped for this. Her album is one of the best of the year and Bloodpop has done some good stuff

I didn't see it coming, but I'm not AGAINST IT! It doesn't sound like her AT ALL, more like a Guetta feature of something

I love it on first listen. It kind of sounds more like a Dua song or something, but that is no bad thing

Thoroughly unremarkable bop, which seems to be what they were going for, so a triumph?

 

It's quite reductive. Extremely BloodPop in the sense that... there's no chorus. Which is a shame as the verses are fantastic and sound like a smash. That drop though. Sheesh.

 

It's basically Stupid Love but glittery and gay, and less good.

 

I think this is just a bit of DUMB FUN that she's recorded at some point over the past couple of years, and probably didn't want to just SIT ON A HARD DRIVE forever.

I'm all for a bit of GAY TAT over the festive period. I highly doubt this is intended as a lead single for a new project

I suppose it's not such a big thing in 2020, but I always appreciate how unapologetically QUEER her lyrics tend to be - even on a bit of basic fun like this song!
