She only did With Every Heartbeat and Be Mine! off Robyn. But making it more Body Talk/Honey centric is definitely a smart move considered 90% of the audience would've got to know her via DOMO.

:D Nothing worse than people SINGING ALONG at gigs. The ‘Sex Dwarf’ singalong at that Soft Cell farewell thing looked particularly horrifying so thank God I didn’t go. If I had my way everyone would have their mouths taped up at the door :)

I saw her a couple of days ago and I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would! This was helped by the fact there were only a couple of people standing between me and the stage and the fact that she sang the chorus of Hang With Me while looking me straight in the eyes :disco:

Sounds better than when she sang “You don’t even look good/God it ain’t right” directly to me

I’m still in shock from last night’s gig. Fucking hell it was the embodiment of SHAKING & CRYING.

    Honestly counting down to Primavera.

That Dancing On My Own sing along moment, which I'm sure happens everywhere she goes, SHAKING AND CRYING.

Saw her on Saturday and my god it was everything and more. The sheer sense of euphoria throughout and probably one of the most pleasant crowds ever.

She was astonishingly good, the vocals, the boundless energy, the sheer star quality. She looked fucking amazing too and even the simple stage stylings were lovely. I'm actually in shock, I didn't expect it to be so...MAGICAL.

The electro spaz out moments towards the end of Ever Again and Call Your Girlfriend went off better than I could have hoped, I nearly took to the skies. Definitely the highlight. And that Dancing On My Own moment wasn't as tacky as it sounds, it was beautiful and you could see how stunned she was at the response.

Only criticism is the encore with Stars 4 Ever and that other recent song no one cared about felt like a bit of a comedown but you could see the wind-down vibe she was going for.

But jesus what a fucking woman :disco: So so glad I bothered given she might disappear until 2030.

By comparison, a friend of mine also saw her on Saturday and when I asked on WhatsApp how it was, his response was "Yeah she was good."

robyn fans spontaneously combusting into song after her concert in madison square garden last month, this is one of my favourite things i've seen these days:

Yes it's startlingly good really. For once the critics had more foresight than the fans...

I think "Honey" and "Ever Again" have become my two favourite Robyn songs, and two of my favourites of the last decade full stop.

It really is a great album, which I agree wasn't necessarily obvious last year.

This is quite a good little roundup of her career to date. Despite the title, it doesn't shit on her early stuff too much.

I watched this at the weekend. I do love an accurate analysis of pop music. Although Heartbeat was notable by its absence.

It seems very America-centric, and I don't get the impression 'Heartbeat' made much impact there.

I'm still on the fence with this album. It's grown on me an awful lot and I enjoy a lot of it, but I can't say I love it. Certainly I do not have the ground-shaking spiritual humanistic connection I had with Robyn or even Body Talk.

I was on the fence for a while but I feel like it just naturally became a bit of a classic. Like, I couldn't imagine Robyn NOT having released it now
