Morning. Woke up at 6 again when I really need a lay in. Bah.

Anyway, Mr Sheena is studying all day so I’m off for a day’s charity shop rummage.

Good Morning. I have been up since 7 and went for a lovely run. I have very little planned this weekend and I can’t wait. :disco:

Tisch and I did something last night that we never do - ie something impulsive - and booked to go to Miami for 4 nights in 3 weeks' time, with two other gays!

And now I see Miami airport is partially closing because of the shutdown. FFS

Sadly not - we're very much clocked in and out in here.

The manager's ringtone is Careless Whisper. Cue much air-saxophone.

Don't worry, I'm sure an air traffic controller working for free is just as conciencious as one working on full pay.

I think I've got TOO OLD to do Miami for four nights. My body couldn't handle the jetlag.

I dread the day I can’t walk off a flight in my heels. Although I am sensing it may be sooner rather than later. :(

I've got yr actual full-on surgical stockings for flying. Awfully stylish, about halfway between a 70's bandage and ballet tights.

This is one of a number of reasons why I don't fly.

Fish fingers, chips and beans for lunch. I feel like I'm 12 again. Mr L cannot resist that Co-op £5 offer.

I've made my own cauliflower cheese. It's OK

I doubt I will ever see THE AMERICAS and I don't care

HSBC wrote to me saying I can join their PREMIER thing again. The main DRAW seems to be FREE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE. I'm tempted to go in there and say BUT MY PASSPORT HAS EXPIRED which I'm sure will ensure AGOG FACES

I had forgotten how much I HATED town on Saturdays. Went to HMV and then had to walk back up through Buchanan Street and what a bowl of CUNT SOUP that is on a Saturday afternoon.

I start the day with a run and then while away the afternoon drinking red wine. Talk about counter productive.

It is the 3 year anniversary of Tiffany Pollard mistakenly thinking David Gest was dead in the CBB house when Angie came out of the diary room shrieking “DAVIDS DEAD” after the death of Bowie.

    I miss CBB.

It's just as well I stopped to read Star's post twice...at a glance, I got a very different impression of what tonight involved.

I cannot find my copy of David Bowie's "1. Outside" anywhere. I had it before Xmas, tidied up and now, well, fuck knows. It's with my other CDs and it didn't get accidentally transported to work so...where the hell is it?

That was such a bizarre thing, and bizarre that it forms part of the story of Bowie's death. Hugely entertaining though if a bit macabre
