Apparently a FIFTH prossie is missing now... That's offically serial killer numbers I BELIEVE...

I would cheer and say it's ABOUT TIME, but seeing as it's all happening 20 minutes from my home it's a bit damn CREEPY.

I always said Ipswich was full of farmers and whores... Although probably more farmers by the time the new year dawns...

Three bodies have been found. The police are concerned about "two other women"

i.e. two whores are missing and they're searching the vast fields of Suffolk...

Of course Ipswich is Colchesters ARCH RIVAL so it's a kinda sick ONE UP to us!

I never knew they were so close together. I always imagined the rivalry would be Ipswich/Norwich, but they are relatively much further apart.

I don't think I've ever been east of London.

Well there's so few towns in East Anglia we're all rivals, but we're both just across the Essex/ Suffolk divide... There's Southend and Chelmsford too, but you can discount Chelmsford coz their football team is non league...

It was all over the papers this morning. The nurses spoke about nothing else, which means it stops them from talking about the LITTLE ONE or what MUNDANE things they got up to last weekend which can only mean I LOVE IT

Clearly the killer is a HOMOPHOBE

Or he'd be getting rid of some of the DESERVING RENT BOYS I KNOW OF

Murdering prostitutes is such a cliche though. Why can't it be Burberry wearing chavs? I'd frankly love it if chavs were afraid to go out at night for a while. Would make a nice change.

I'm not sure exactly how many bodies one has to be responsible for before it officially becomes a "spree" but it's getting there. Bit scary.

You should see the Ipswich whores on the local news... It would take a nuclear bomb to make them high class...

And still the Colchester Christmas lights are the thirs story in the region!

Channel 4 news just opened with "The red-light district of Ipswich is a frightening place to be in tonight".

I'd have though that was true before the prostitute murders started.

Incidently, prostitute murder was rated 13th out of 70 in the Moopy Random Rate - it ties with the Pet Shop Boy's "Where The Streets Have No Name".

This is very close to home and makes my wonder if he'll move onto Colchester if the heat gets too much in Ipswich :o

Working out what his twisted psychological motive is intrigues. Why the fascination with running water? :o

Give it a few months and ITV1 will be showing the dramatisation with the killer played by Ross Kemp so we'll find out the running water thing then

Colchesters red light district is MINIMAL. Confined to the odd street corner... That's what Ipswich is used for.

I'd imagine the 'odd street corner' involves the vicinity of Molly Malones :disco:

Well at least I know not to phone prostitutes in Ipswich for work today...not likely they're going to want to advertise their services at the moment

It's scary to think that some bloke was sat at home for years and years - probably planning and trying not to be a bad lad - and then suddenly murdered five women in a week.

    From Wikipedia:

"Colin Ireland (born March 16, 1954) is a British serial killer known as the 'Gay Slayer' as he specifically murdered gay men.

Ireland, a former soldier who had picked up convictions for burglary and robbery in his twenties, decided to become a serial killer as a New Year resolution at the beginning of 1993, when he was aged 39." :D

    INSPIRING.
