I had totally forgotten that it actually happened and I used to like Amy Studt.
I quite like that Moto Blanco mix. At least it serves a purpose (even if that purpose is ridiculous and, to some, offensive), whereas the straight cover of the song is utterly pointless.
Poor missed opportunity "Ladder In My Tights"
That'll always be a POP TRAVESTY
Then again she must be about 45 now.
Perhaps it's just a result of always being photographed next to Chilli who is verging on Stacey Dash levels of inconceivably hot at 40-something. Or not
She's still only the third worst-looking in that shot
Doesn't she have lupus or something, which explains why she ballooned. Chilli looks like a hobbit.
Why are they wearing black? Because they are mourning the DEATH OF MUSIC?
Proof that lesbians and dresses don't mix.
she has sickle-cell anaemia you HORRIBLE MAN

I have decided that I now rather enjoy See Me Like This, it's like an offcut of some sort of mythical 2012 Bridget Jones soundtrack. Waterfalls is still shite though. And I never knew the redhead one was les! They're like the new Loose Chippins.
Creeping up to #17 on itunes, not the flop it deserves to be. I wonder if it can sneak closer to the top 10
17 is close enough to a flop...
They've delayed the album (which was due out next week and had been heavily advertised) until March 2013
It was due out on 26th November, I think, but this is NOT a good sign. That's what they get for releasing a cover no-one really needed...
Dear oh dear.
The label obviously don't have the first idea what to do with them. I can only assume the sound of the album on the whole was originally a lot more 'Love Me' than Black Heart, and when the latter was a much bigger hit they panicked.
But turning them into a 2012 Atomic Kitten was NEVER going to work.
I'm glad this is not doing that well. Gone are the days when top 20 was really not bad at all.
It's Sarah Whatmore all over again.
I don't think Sarah's ACTUALLY had a tracklisting and album cover etc published though. All we have of the "Living Proof" album is a 5 track sampler.
No, it leaked. I think I deleted it, but it will be out there. I'm surprised no artwork got out since it was pulled about 2 weeks before release.
Somebody (I think Robotboy) heard the Sarah Whatmore album in full and said it was terrible.
Shame, When I Lost You is a GREAT pop song.
There was nothing as good as the singles. Some of the songs were covered by the Dutch Kylie Sanne.
I thought Automatic was as weak as old piss anyway. It was so crap, generic and low-budget. Such a disappointing followup to a genuinely distinctive debut.
It was a Play re-write, but her CD:UK performance was "world class".
Is it true the real reason the album was shelved was because they suddenly had Toxic and then almost as quickly Britney's camp then snatched it?
What why? I assumed it'd already been quite heavily reworked on since they weren't releasing it till third single time.
Annoying - that was going to be one of my mum's table presents.
This is what I assumed as well, but that's why I thought the album was out in November rather than Aug/Sept time. I didn't think it'd need to be pushed back any further.
Therefore, I think the only likely explanation is that they're avoiding Christmas.
Well the explanation is obviously that Waterfalls is flopping. What I'm speculating about is why they released something so piss weak and obvious in the first place.
Dunno. I rather liked it 2bh. I'm surprised it didn't do that well. I'd have thought the younger single-buying crowd would really remember Waterfalls that well. I barely rememeber it, and I'm 24! (I know it of course, but didn't know it when I was 7...)
I NEED that Sarah Whatmore album in my LIFE!! RB? Anyone?
Thank Faloola they got that last rush of the BEST SONGS in their career.
Jesus Christ at this fiasco If it was originally coming out next week, is there much chance of it leaking in its current form? It'd be interesting to compare and contrast once (or IF) the pushed-back version comes out.
I'm officially BANNING YOU from EVER touching a BC after this post
I love a late "creative surge" where an artist sits around while the record label orders some new max tracks. It gave us Not Myself Tonight once, and it may do again.
This single has been a HUGE misstep, hasn't it? It's derailed the whole campaign. I wonder if they even ARE recording new tracks, or if the record company just want to hold back and release a different track in the new year which has a better chance of becoming hit? Or perhaps they realised there ARE no other viable tracks on it and are scrapping the whole thing.
The album is so going to leak within the next few days. I don't get what they are playing at. Surely they're going to lose a load of money by scrapping the album when they've already gone to print, they should just release it now and promote it in the new year. I don't buy this 'new tracks' bullshit either. They apparently recorded a load of brand new tracks 'Black Heart' type songs after the success of Black Heart which they've put on the album ('Jimmy', 'See Me Like This') and scrapped a load of tracks that were orignally meant to be on the album ('Drunken Detour', 'Inbred City', 'Hoochie Mama' - I think two of these have been put on the deluxe edition though).
If the album does leak then surely they'll have to record a whole new album before March?
I reckon they'll be dropped by the time the album does actually get released. They don't seem to happy about it on Twitter either one of them has said its down to 'politics'. I guess we'll see but I can't believe they've cancelled the album 11 days before the release.
