I feel like such a slob, and I am loving every second of it.
Good Afternoon moopers.
Just had a big fat brunch, including Waitrose sausages, which were a real upgrade in flavour. I shouldn't get used to it.
I am now going to jump back into the garden for about the first time since October. This is my gym.
Paddling away at my new tracks...I think I might have today's in the bag already which is a bit CHEEKY. Will probably start another one.
I do hope this is a CLUE
Would "Touch My Bumblebee" be too obvious a titling reference?
The gardener has been hard at work to make my garden look pretty, but I am still longing for the days when I can get comfortable in my hammock with a cocktail.
I see the rags are now talking about a TROPICAL SPRING.
Oh PISS OFF.
I wouldn't mind if it warmed up a bit...might tempt me out of the house.
The good news is towards the middle of April all the way through to the middle to the end of September the temperature WILL RISE. Unforunately once we hit October it will start to feel a lot chillier, with temperatures dropping sometimes to minus figures all the way through to the following March.
The gardening has been done and it looks a LOT better right now.
My body thinks I'm a cunt however. Need weed.
Thanks Rita, now over to @Indie with the travel report.
I have a house full of 13 year olds as my son decided to invite his friends over for the Scotland game. They have been punted over to the other side of the house so I don’t need to hear ANY of it. They shall all be getting thrown out at 7pm too as tomorrow is a school day.
I'm in Helmsley. It's cold.
Scotland* booked for the summer, will be lovely I hope
*obvs not all of it
temperatures seem to be steadying so might invest in some greenery for the balcony too
BREAKING: Concept of seasons to continue
That smiley sent me into a Wiki hole, and I didn’t know Fiona Bruce was born in SINGAPORE
