The candidates gather at London's most famous food market: Borough, where Lord Sugar tasks them with creating a brand new recipe kit. One half of each team must mastermind the branding while the other half devises a tasty dish to complement their chosen food trend.

That's as gratuitous an underpants shot as we've had in years.

It lingered repeatedly with no shame.

Karren's pink trousers and shiny shoes are quite the combination.

Both teams seem to be ridiculously dysfunctional this week even by the usual standards of this lot.

Natrofuel is an AWFUL name. It sounds like a protein shake. I'd expect it to be a box of powder.

Are they told they HAVE to wear those outfits? It's hardly on brand with GOURMET, is it? Surely one of them would have said something...

Harrison's previously wild hair is looking a bit sticky today. He does seem admirably positive, bless him.

Liz can't help herself but vocally put her less able colleagues in their place.

I thought Sarah's team was FAR stronger until that fuckawful presentation.

Harrison's team turned a pretty shoddy affair into a decent presentation.

She clearly wasn't going anywhere this week.

Good to know she's found her teeth anyway.

Well, I thought Bushra was a potential winner so shows what I know... but I did call 15 mins in that Bushra was going. Some really obvious hints.

Elizabeth is the star of the show this year undoubtedly. And unless her business idea is shit, she can win this.
Potentially Jade and Elizabeth in the final, I'd say.

Elizabeth is quite clearly the most talented. She dominates but is quite well intentioned and part of me thinks it isn't a bad thing when she is generally better than the others at doing the things she buts in on.

Harrison to his credit was good in the pitch. It's the one good thing he's done all season.

I'd love a Elizabeth win but it does feel like a Legendary Lucinda Ledgerwood arch circa S4. Quirky but misunderstood girl is bullied only to prove to be a great manager, powers through to the interviews and is told in the end that her personality just isn't suitable.

I'm calling Michaela vs either Sarah or Jade.

And Karren Brady calling out anyone on their sense of humour or lack thereof is amusing in itself. What a miserable bore. Margaret is well and truly missed.

Sadly there's no way Elizabeth is winning this. She would be hard work for Alan Sugar and that's the last thing he wants.

Harrison did well for himself this week and saved the pitch. The branding was a disaster but also the way Joana kept harping on about Root made me want to hurt myself.

I'm still on the Michaela train but the way she freezes during presentations is worrying. Harrison is at the top now after this pitch.

Harrison is a (hot) buffoon but I think he probably has enough bluff to get through a presentation - particularly since it was in the realm of something he was interested in.

He doesn’t strike me as someone with a lot of business acumen though. Particularly since Michaela basically dictated how the task was set up in the first place.
