I don't think she's 'above' the show at all personally - though she does still have more of a career/profile than pretty much anyone from the first series, arguably excluding Blue.

I do think her reasons for declining are genuine though and I don't think she's 'fame hungry'. She's far from an A-lister but she has a platform that she's using to do things she seems to enjoy, rather than whoring herself out to every reality show that'll take her.

I doubt anyone on Moopy would do ANY different if they were in her shoes. What's she supposed to do - go and work behind the checkouts at TESCO? (There you go Sheena - open goal).

I've no interest in Louise and she had zero impact on this iconic group.

Is her iconic half-verse on 'Crazy' so swiftly forgotten? :(

Louise would be a big pull for the TV show in terms of her profile - you can't deny that she's far more famous as an individual than anyone else who will be on the show. It'd be great to get her side of the story on the show as well. It is, however, fair to say that she's not really going to add much to the performances.

If VB's crowd reactions at the Spice Girls Reunion tour amply demonstrate, one does not need VOX or even a great deal stage presence in order to BRING IT. :disco:

Obviously we're operating on a far lower rung of celebrity here, but among a certain kind of 90s gay (i.e. The kind who'll be packing out these concerts) there is a LOT of affection for Louise. I'm sure she'd be very warmly received regardless of her vocal contributions.

You've got a point VoR. This is strictly a VoR/Kratz/Loufoque interest project.

All Saints have reformed to support Backstreet Boys on tour, could they be doing this too?

I'm amazed funky isn't all over Queen of Vanilla Louise. I bet he used to pretend he fancied her. (and still does)

If you can't get any enjoyment from listening to "Changing Faces" then you need to have a word with yourself as a pop fan. (Unless you were under 13 when Louise was a viable popstar, in which case, allowed.)

Considering the SLIM PICKINGS we had in the mid-90s, being a fan of Louise Nurding is hardly up there with FUCKING THE CORPSE OF YOUR MOTHER on the shame scale.

AATW is way better than Runaway. It's a bit like BTW and Express Yourself. Lou and Gags took a 8/10 track and ramped it up to 11!

Is this a reasonable time for a Louise singles rate? There's at least FIVE decent ones there if you ask me!

Some friends bought me tickets to the Christmas show for my birthday at the start of the year. I really feel the moment has passed. I'm going to get wasted to compensate.

I went to one in May and it was ridiculously good fun BUT we were very, very drunk. In fact, the show started at 7.30 prompt so we had to be pretty certain that we were wasted by that stage to properly embrace it.

Slave! That's an awful choice. I mean, there's really an embarrassment of XANAX TRACKS and only a few MAX ONES: namely Naked, In Walked Love, Arms Around The World and Undivided Love.

Those terrible singles from the third album don't even bear thinking about. Whoever did the PR for that campaign did a great job, because a lot of queens believed she had delivered her ROL!

I can't listen to 'Naked' now without imagining a semi-naked VoR draped backwards over a leather couch mouthing the middle-eight
