This has been discussed briefly in other threads here but I feel it deserves a new one seeing as it's unfolding by the day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luka_Magnotta

I am utterly fascinated by it all. BUT not quite enough to actually watch the video.

    HAVE YOU? COULD YOU?

Never want to see it, thanks.

He's like a more deranged Eric West.

Reading that wikipedia article he IS, isn't he? I'd never read anything other than the headlines before.

Anyway, no thanks to that video.

I won't watch the video but (without sounding insensitive) I quite enjoy reading his wiki page (the bits about creating stories and then denying his involvement). If he had a vagina and wasn't a killer he sounds like the sort of fame hungry creature who'd have her own thread on Moopy!

Apparently he's been living the high life in Paris. There's nothing like keeping your head down when you're wanted for cannibalistic murder!

This reads like an episode of criminal minds and there's nothing that would make me watch that video.

I got linkbombed to it by someone I know. It's REALLY surreal and about as horrifying as you'd expect.

I haven't watched it yet but I probably will eventually just out of morbid curiosity. Like those "Faces of Death" videos that were around in the mid to late 80s, some of them were quite horrible but I still watched them all.

I must say that after deciding that i WOULDN'T and that i SHOULDN'T i did still have a quick google to no avail the other night.

Link us up will you penny love. It can't be any more traumatic than that beheading video i saw. Or that first eurovision semi final.

Oh WORRY NOT, it appears it's now the very first google result for '1 lunatic 1 icepick'. He must have got a search engine optimisation consultant in.

Edit: Yeah. Should have given that a miss.

Oh christ no. I watched for about 40 seconds and thought THIS IS BORING GET ON WITH IT, and then absentmindedly skipped ahead to what i think was his arm (?) being cut off with the skin going all loose like he was a pig being sliced up in a butchers back room. And then i switched it right off, quick as anything. That very short glimpse really was enough.

I agree about the soundtrack choice though. I wonder if it's caused New Order to pop up on any itunes charts.

George's take was a piece of HIGH ART. The profundity of the hazy production was inspired by his battles with his many demons, donchaknow! :eyes:

I saw it on www.theync.com, and I've since spent many hours watching other videos on there AGOG. The only ones I can't watch are the beheading ones and any animal cruelty, apart from the one where a little muslim boy is torturing a lizard, which turns round and gives him a very nasty and well deserved bite on the hand afterwards.

I watched the 3 men 1 hammer video and that was enough to scar me for life, I just haven't got the constitution for these kind of videos anymore. I saw the recording of The Station nightclub fire disaster a few weeks ago and was practically in tears :(

Also, what a rather fabulous back story this guy's got, I wonder if we will get a Lifetime movie about him one day.
