I think it was stickied for the iTunes link in post #2 - without that link the only way to see the iTunes daily chart is to download the iTunes software...

Yes, I like it being stickied (although I would have preferred it to be the other one which had the links to other countries as well).

Is anybody else having problems with the itunes link?

It no longer presents the chart in order (1-120) for me, it just does it in a seemingly random order with lots of songs in the same position. (Three songs at number 73 or something for example)

It is a little bit annoying

Did you subscribe to the feed? It used to do that to me when I Subscribed to the feed with Internet Explorer. Once I stopped it went back to normal.

#55 ti ft Justin Timberlake - Dead And Gone

has there been any mention of this being a single or anything? the albums been around for a bit as far as i know so I imagine it's getting sales on the pure fact that it's a GREAT song and it features JT.

Where the hell has that John Barrowman record come from? I see it's from an album called 'Music Music Music'. I'm sure that's the one he released last Christmas which sank without trace....

I said to myself only LAST WEEK, it would be a matter of days before he launched a John Barrowman campaign.

It's OH SO FUNNY, SUBVERSIVE and POSTMODERN

The question is, who are these CUNTS who waste their money buying a song they CAN'T STAND ?

I could SORT OF understand it when it was done the first time to prove that it could be done. But WHY BOTHER, now?

Because he's a FAT CUNT with falling ratings who wants to brag that he can "influence the nation"

Why not do it with a DECENT CURRENT POP RECORD that Radio 1 won't touch instead ? So give airplay to something DIFFERENT or something? Surely that would make MUCH MORE SENSE as a trendsetter?

    Top 1000? :o

I'll have a good look later, but it will be really interesting to see how many random old tracks appear.

quite a few! The national number 1,000 in any week now sells about 500 copies, the number a #75 used to sell a few years ago.

The OCC computer compiles a top 10,000 a week - I wouldn't mind seeing that list!

I'm looking at the Top 1000 a couple of times a day now. It's oddly compulsive.

The bottom few hundred just seem to be completely random oldies which seem to be selling for no reason at all.

I wonder how much radio airplay determines the bottom of the chart?

Quite predictably (when you consider the low quantities at the arse end), songs rise and fall very quickly, don't they? Dancing Queen has shot up over 400 places in the last 24 hours.
