    CLOSED!

    MOOPY HAS SPOKEN.

It's now over to @Mugatu to see how many of our top picks can make it into the banner.

The joint winners with 19 votes each are :greta: and @The Sexual Goose. Justice.

I don't think she's got enough votes in the event plus this would only happen with her express permission.

LSL is obviously staying as the banner's emotional centrepiece, but I can't remember who the other permanent status people are (the ones not in the poll).

From left to right, the ones not included in the voting were Moira and her pig, Cilla, Marge, Princess Di, LSL, Kylie, Joanne, Annie Lennox, agog Kelly Llorenna gay (but curiously not Kelly Llorenna :D), Angela Lansbury, Dian Abot, Mariah Carey, and the internet safety crocodile. Does this sound right to you all?

I'll update the KEY PLAYER photos and regrettably, find a way to incorporate Eurovision. They are the forum's most powerful special interest group.

That Lisa SL, a veteran banner member, has to go up against Vinegar Strokes is a travesty.

Who I'll be swearing in, as it stands:

Rustie Lee - 11 votes, but an important link to the Celebdaq heritage, particularly since Su and Faloola have now been #cancelled
Lauren Harries - 13 votes, the Welsh Marilyn
Kelly Llorenna - 18 votes, indispensable
Pete Burns - 17 votes, as above
Greta Thunberg - 19 votes, can't really argue with it, even if I want to. All I'm saying is that she really poses no threat to the neoliberal global order :amlife:
Emily Thornberry - 12 votes, possibly as a substitute for Dianne Abbatt
    Kim Woodburn - 16 votes
Lisa Scott-Lee - 11 votes, but should have been an auto-qualifier IMO and I don't really know what else to put in her spot
    Celine Dion - 18 votes
    Cher - 18 votes, indispensable
Judi Dench (in Cats) - 13 votes, if I can find a good-enough picture
The Sexual Goose - 19 votes, HONK

I think below 12 votes, it'll generally be a case for finding space for them, but I'll try to pick people who everyone knows. Someone should have suggested Daddy Bernie in place of Corbyn but I'm sure bigger things are to come in 2020 on that count.

How powerful is the Drag Race lobby on here? Will I wake up with a horse's head in my bed? The Eurovision people are very sinister.

It's a self-indulgent personal meme, I regularly see people butchering her name on Twitter and in newspapers.

I still have no idea where Cherly Cole (and her lesser-seen cousin, Merly Streep) comes from, but I like all three.

    We also have Janft.

There's also Rainup Shitter which isn't quite the same but I like anyway.
