Morning I did the dreaded clothes shopping so I feel a bit less ashamed now. Though I did want to get some NICE pants and a draught excluder and came back empty handed. the FIRST pair of jeans I picked up fit perfectly I don’t think that has EVER happened to me
Morning. Always buy good jeans. Because they make you feel good when everything else you have is shit. See also sunglasses.
Well yesterday’s 15 hour day destroyed me and it’s back to my desk in the next twenty minutes or so to start another one. I guess I haven’t even noticed the world is on lockdown, mind...
I won’t say they are great but they fit and were reasonable. They’ll be better than the ones they are replaced, which have multiples holes worn out in the GUSSET
I don't think I've ever bought a pair of jeans (or any other trousers) that fit perfectly, I always have to get the legs taken up significantly. Oh the perils of being one of Moopy's legendary tiny tots
I once splurged on a pair of Ray Bans as a treat to myself. Needless to say, I wore them a couple of times and they were then lost/stolen. Last time I do that!
amen, I’ve got a waist that doesn’t match with my stumpy legs and thunder thighs, so this is a miracle I went today because yesterday was a national holiday and I didn’t want to go when it’s crowded, cases are spiking right now :/
Jeans are fine for me if I get a short or a 30 leg. Shirts are a struggle though as I evidently have short T-Rex arms
I guess we don’t have to talk about how 80% of jeans in this obese world are Slim or Skinny, I’m clearly neither of those, so I have to get Straight! The very IDEA
I do wonder why so many jeans seem to be Skinny fit. Which skinny queens are BUYING them? Even when I was a stick thin teen, I always had quite thick legs so the one time I tried to get some on, it did NOT go well
Someone brought me some STRAIGHT FIT jeans for Christmas and I looked DREADFUL when I put them on. Slim fit all the way.
I am also a slim jean person. If you don't need cut out of them at the end of the day, then you just aren't dedicated enough to the craft.
I dare not even try slim fit jeans. My cycling legs would look ridiculous even if they managed to fit. loose fit ftw.
Morning girls, I have my dreaded zoom call at 1, I had 2 dreams last night where I died (plane crash and nuclear attack respectively) and one dream featuring @Nancy (we were flatmate’s in WEYMOUTH) which are surely GOOD SIGNS.
The plane crash was particularly traumatic as I survive the landing but then drown when the plane filled with water!
I always survive plane crashes in dreams and then die afterwards. I WONDER WHAT IT MEANS. I can also only wear skinny jeans as I am skinny bitch - size 6 women’s only for me
The jeans I wear (which I rarely do) nowadays are 90’s fit. Black and darker denim during winter/fall. And some less loose fits.
I’ve got some slim fit for if I’m going somewhere fancy like a restaurant or an inquest, but the majority are either straight leg or giant flappy skater jeans I’m far too old to still be wearing.
We went on holiday a few years ago and he forgot ALL HIS SHORTS so borrowed mine. I think he somehow ripped three pairs. I still don't really know HOW.
These are exactly the kind of jeans I keep on trying on and putting back when they look terrible on me. I just think they're so cool looking but I can't make them work
Shoes and jeans for me. Don't care about sunglasses (other than the UV protection), because I know I'll only sit on them or lose them anyway.
Some fucker has got a fire key and has been in to my (secure) building and stole my new gay interest only t shirt
ALSO this is now the second theft since I lived in London for 2 months after someone stole the front wheel of my bike Is there an I Hate Londoners thread
he stole the mail. Royal Mail just deliver it to the front bit. I was out on Saturday when it was delivered but have since found out it was stolen. I think he also stole my Christmas gift from my mum
