It's a mix of excitement and fear for me. It's just a constant worry that I'll open the thread and see 'Tony Christie CONFIRMED' staring back at me.

Someone on Twitter has found a half-hour gap in the BBC One schedule on the evening of Saturday 29 February...

Which was instantly refuted as Celebrity Mastermind is on.

Do we REALLY think the BBC would give half an hour on a Saturday to selecting their Eurovision song?

Twelve months, much trumpeted BMG involvement and they’re doing the same thing as LAST YEAR :D

It’s just from some Twitter sleuthing people have been doing - she’s followed a lot of the right people over the past 24 hours, apparently.
She’s got a good voice and all, but by her own admission she’s a pub singer.

They've updated all their social media headers etc just now, so it seems likely we're getting it.

Now what is your source @ButterTart ? :side-eye:

At least this time they won't be able to blame the public for making the wrong choice.

To be fair it might be from the same shitbag of a show as last year but maybe the song's REALLY GOOD :)

It’s just rumblings on Twitter, and apparently something London Eurovision Party have said. It’s pure speculation but I’m DELIGHTED to have stirred up so much shit in such a short time.

I had a dream a while back that Alexandra represented us with a banger called ‘Warning’ which started with sirens going off. Maybe it’s that.

If it is a Shellyann I hope they know they are better off not creating any anticipation.

Fuck them all. Good sign it’s going to be on Radio 1, though.

If it was 'Shellyann' would they bother having the announcement on Radio 1?

If it is an artist announcement then surely they aren’t going with Shellyann or Linda from local karaoke bar
