    For about 4 weeks I've became really strict with my diet, as in actually increasing my meals up to 5 per day that I work out. It's honestly been amazing, but one snack I miss nibbling on are gherkins dipped into hummus. Ooh man I looove the hummus.

    Not awful, but I'm eating for fuel and nutrition. I'm enjoying this approach, and also am a creature of habit.
