Instead of the banana flavoured soy milk (which contains so much sugar I'm surprised it's actually liquid at all) I changed to natural soy milk. Massive EW. :zombie: Does one need to get used to the taste or has it always been this disgusting?

Almond milk is delicious, but the unsweetened version is a bit rank. I do like the slightly gooey texture of oat milk as well.

I swear by soya milk, I used to think it tasted a bit weird but now I love it. I especially like it on cereal with a little bit of honey

    Makes GORGEOUS hot chocolate, also

Soy milk was my favorite but since I've been avoiding soy I have been sticking to dairy. Almond milk is good too. Coconut milk is passable but I only really use it for curries nowadays.

Honey grain bagel with egg, green pepper, tomato
    Coffee
    Vanilla protein shake
Chicken teriyaki sandwich with Swiss cheese, mushroom, tomato
Wheat pasta with homemade tomato vodka sauce with grilled chicken and veggies (instead of heavy cream like typical vodka sauces, I used low fat plain greek yogurt and it worked quite nicely)

Maybe a glass of red wine later

    Porridge.
    Banana.
    Yoghurt.
Smoked mackerel, butternut squash, an onion, some peas, spicy Mexican rice out a packet, basil, lime squeezed, and ketchup. I didn't eat it all, so finished it with a packet of turkey meat after the gym.

Oh it's delicious Kala! It's my mum's recipe. Fried onions, balti paste, par boiled cauliflower, raw red pepper, tin of tomatoes, tin of puy lentils. BOOM.

The chillie cheese fries were delicious but they were SO hot and so was my burger. My mouth was on fire! I was in Meat Liquor. AMAZING place.

I tried to make soup: brussels, kidney beans and tinned tomatoes with stock put in a blender. It was okay, but not great.
