I broke all the rules and had pizza last night while we got pissed on VODKA AND DIET LEMONADE. Empty calories. I had only had a salad and bowl of fruit cereals with SKIMMED FUCKING MILK that day.

I have had cereals and a fruit banana and blueberry smoothie today.

You need to add oats to your diet.

Despite smoking a lot of weed I've been eating very little.

    Yesterday:

    1 brown toast
    Green smoothie
    1 sobrasada pinchos
    1 small glass cava
    chicken, couscous, salad

Even with a bit of pastry and booze thats a full on eating disorder right there.

:wired: I fear for the poor dears' ability to WALK with that intake

That said, I'm off the fags, have been swinging the kettlebell for the first time in months and have developed a constant urge for chicken so God knows what's going on here

With reason, I think. Mind you, I admire the discipline. I seem to regard life as a non-stop finger buffet. Party food a particular speciality. As is FILLING THE BOWL in more ways than one :grr:

I never fail to be amazed at what people can manage to exist on. I'm quite certain I eat more for dinner than most people here do in a full day.

    2 bananas in the afternoon
Home made bolognaise from 3 nights ago with spinach pasta for dinner
    A caramel freddo
An almond ice cream lolly type thing which I'd forgotten was in the freezer

And I'm still hungry, but then I have clocked up 24 miles today.

Oh, you know, I'd write back something witty, but I just have NO ENERGY what with only consuming roughly 1500 calories (which is absolutely fine). I also just had a protein shake after the gym there.

Doesn't SoB workout a lot too? 1500 calories is pretty sufficient only if you're an inactive middle aged female trying to lose a few pounds. I probably require 3000 calories just to maintain my weight (and god knows I go over THAT sometimes)

3000 is too much unless you're an athlete or something.

I work out six times a week but I don't count calories so it could be more in the 2500 range. With alcohol and when I'm not as strict with myself it could easily reach 3000 though.

Not if you are training hard and you're body fat is low. Once I burn off a bit more fat I'm going to up my calories so I can increase mass. Simple.

So we've been drinking and eating like pigs since May, and we now are in rehab.

    Today will consist of:

1 slice wholemeal toast with tasteless halthy spread of some sort
    1 green smoothie
1 salad of sweetcorn, cucumber, pinto beans, red onion and erbs
    chicken breast and leaf salad

    HEALTH FTW

    Cornflakes and banana.
Spicy pumpkin soup and added chick peas.
Brown rice, pine nuts and haddock, with a lemon squeezed on top.
Two slices of toasted brown bread, beef and rocket.
Protein shake after gym tonight (8 machines X 30 reps). No treadmill as my iPod shuffle charger is knackered and the new one hasn't arrived yet.
    Ice lolly.

No coffee whatsoever, and now all I need to work on is cutting out milk as I feel it almost straight away once I have it (I love it, but it obviously doesn't agree with me).

I never drink milk any more.

Had a weigh in this morning and I'm 72kg, I was 74kg a few weeks ago and my 'average' is 73kg, I'm pretty sure I've not lost much muscle and I've been eating anything and everything. Can only assume the drugs and being more active have balanced everything out.

Lunch: Lamb roast dinner with mulled wine.
    Dinner: Pizza and chocolate.

    Healthy huh?

ameraal - I'm still very disappointed you visited Sydney when I was on holiday. As punishment, I'd make you eat what I ate and see how fat you get.

Oats and cornflakes (with custard powder). Banana. Turkey mince with green beans. Tomato soup. Turkey steak. Protein shake. Packet of turkey.

30 minutes treadmill. 10 weights machines at gym focusing on legs as my arms are still sore from yesterday's "let's do triceps for a change". And some weights at home. Call me Liza, but I want RESULTS.

Sesame bagel sandwich (egg, bacon, sprouts, tomato, onion, red pepper)
    Hazelnut coffee
    Mujadara and tahini sauce
    Greek yogurt (vanilla)
Lemon oregano chicken breast with fattouch salad, hummus, lentil soup and pita

Didn't workout today as I was moderately hungover and am very sore from my leg day yesterday at the gym.
