I actually have some RHUBARB in the fridge I need to make a cake out of.
Just one teeny sip and I instantly churned out a nice thick creamy bowlful. Honestly it’s like pressing a button
On the subject of FROMAGE, I went to a fondue restaurant a while ago and the waitress was agog to discover at the end of the meal that we’d eaten all of it. Well WHAT ELSE are you supposed to do with it? It was hardly GENEROUS to begin with!
Ugh I hate restaurants. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the food.
Usually my only issue is with there not being ENOUGH
Usually it's too much meat and too little everything else. I need CARBS with my meat or I will DIE. I'm never ordering duck again.
TESCO LASAGNE in the hope of an EARLY DEATH
Sandwiches with smoked sausage and cheese
Potatoes and pork with salad
2 eclairs with a disgusting vegetable oil filling
4 mini donuts with apple filing - these were delicious
seaweed snacks - it's like eating salty air but I love them
Still DINNER to go.
I love seaweed crisps. Salty umami heaven.
Scrunched up cornflakes with scrunched up artificial sweetener tablets.
3 tablespoons of lamb mince.
Will have beef stir-fry after the gym (I've just discovered a brand new ability to do barbell squats, which is very exciting you know).
Oh I like those too, although it does feel a bit like you're eating goldfish food.
Bought some blue lamb cheese today. My first thought was to bin it after smelling it but it was actually very delicious. Why do we like this stuff?
Also bought some LETTUCE which I'm about to eat very very soon.
Scrunched up cornflakes and a lemon yoghurt mixed in with it.
Smoked mackerel, butter beans, rice, green beans, mushrooms and chilli sauce.

Actually I was quite holistic today
Egg and cheese McMuffin - I mean NO SAUSAGE which makes it a nutrient-rich, very low fat start to the day. Also NO HASH BROWN
HOME MADE tuna pasta salad
A banana, which I was very much enjoying until I fell over in the mud halfway through. THANKS KENT
Hot and Spicy chicken breast slices from ASDA. No tat
Lots of water as usual, to which I attribute my youthful complexion and sunny outlook on life
Menthol cigarettes for fresh, minty and very alluring breath
Of course it’s all going tits up now but calories consumed after 21:00 don’t count
If there is a sure fire way to gain weight it's consuming calories after 21:00 and especially after 00:00 but you're lucky you're an exception. Oh and CRISPS, loads of crisps.
Anyways, it's time for LUNCH.
Breakfast: oats soaked in oat milk whilst I had a swim, lemon skyr and mashed banana all mixed in.
This is all kinds of confusing.
Why are you swimming in oat milk?

I'm being surprisingly GOOD today. Breakfast is usually one of Tesco's chocolate croissants followed by a trip to the burrito stall at lunch. Today I had dried mango for breakfast, and I even brought in a homemade halloumi, quinoa and mixed bean salad, which I made during a bout of insomnia last night.
I'm definitely going to be hungry in two hours though, so I've got a king size twix as backup.
I've bough a Danish (weird thing to say when I'm also Danish) and it's going to be the HIGHLIGHT of this day
Breakfast: Hot cocoa and sandwiches with HAM
Lunch: Some chicken stew or whatever with potatoes
Dinner: Chicken burger and Pringles
Did you like my post for the Twix @Lucille? Because let me tell you I've been GORGING on that stuff lately. I don't know what they put in it but it just HITS the spot. I got the white edition today which I've never tried. Thought it might be perfect to TOP OFF the burger and crisps.
I’ve just had a 3 course meal and now Im eating sports mixture and looking at deliveroo for tomorrows takeaway.

So dinner/lunch was tinned mackerel mixed in with a salad and 2 packs of different frozen veg microwaved.
I actually went swimming for a 2nd time, which brought me to a total of 62 lengths. Tomorrow I'll try doing it in one go. It's almost unthinkable to me that I used to do 100 almost daily at uni.
Everyone loves TWIX. One of my dreadful, emotionally crippled exes publicly described it as ONE OF THE GREATEST INVENTIONS EVER. Apparently the wheel and Spinning Jenny weren’t worthy of consideration

I’m here for the WHOLE menu. The twix is definitely a highlight, but definitely copying CHICKEN BURGER and CRISPS for a special Friday night TEA tomorrow.
Seriously though. Since I gave up the FAGS I cannot make it through an afternoon at work without sneaking out at 3 for a twix. It’s usually the highlight of my WHOLE DAY.
I'm having another burger tonight.
