The irony of this statement is now inescapable.
I just loaded up on some thanks to boots buy 3 for the price of 2 on vitamins
Just the usual ones though
Vitamin C tablets (the disolvable ones that make a gorgeous drink)
Multivitamins with Iron
Antioxidant/ Vitamin B complex

vitamin b complex makes your pee BRIGHT yellow by the way - so don't be alarmed!
Thankfully I wont be DABBLING in any watersports
In a spectacular Suedehead-esque U-turn, i am happy to announce that i am now OBSESSED with fruit smoothies. Of all varieties.
GREAT for those no time for breakfast mornings. And kind of delicious when you take it slowly.
anyone used hypericum before?
isn't that the proper name for st john's wort?
TOTALLY OT: Emma, how did today go?
yeah. i meant to add 'complex' to that post actually. the guy in holland and barrett recommended it to me today so i got some. it's got st johns wort, lemon balm and hops.
oh see the daily thread - it went shit. and i have loads of other issues as well today.
it's safe to say it's not a great day for me today.
thanks for asking though x
well go careful because you do know that that stops the pill from working?
i'm not on the pill.
I like to take wine
I drink lots of lovejuice drinks. That's ALL.
I need everyone to update on me cause I Wanna lose 3lbs and the gym and diet don't seem to be enough these days
i drink magnesium and (a vegan) protein when i train (i.e. most days) and i have pumpkin seed oil/sao palmetto daily (for my hair).
I'm currently (and have been for a while now) taking mass weight gainer protein shakes
I also take magnesium, creatine, bcca's and beta alanine
@ameraal does the pumpkin seed oil work?
i have been drinking it for a couple of years now and it might be a case of placebo effect but i think it does work. i have quite a bit of baby hairs along my hairline which i didn't before. i'd definitely recommend it - probably together with sao palmetto (they tend to put pumpkin seed oil in that so you can drink just one tablet).
it's also good for the prostate so i figure it's a win-win.
It's good to know that in 12 years I haven't changed very much.
I take nothing.
12 years later and I'm still in the same boat. 6 colds in the past 9 months. I'm currently laid down with one at the moment. I don't know if it's age or what but they really get to me now more than before. It's actually really getting me down
