Exactly. So I don't know why he was adamant he wasn't!

Although I don't know how Louis could hear someone vote for themselves?

Poor Louis probably still calls directory enquiries to register his votes.

"HELLO? HELLO CAN YOU HEAR ME? I WANT TO VOTE FOR UNION J. NO I DON'T WANT TO BE PUT THROUGH TO BOB CROW, STOP ASKING ME THAT"

Was the same at the live show I went to - Taylor Swift had recorded her performance about a week ago :D

God they're soooo desperate to be rid of him. It's getting HILARIOUS.

I bet that "production insider" was told to get STRAIGHT ON THE BLOWER the moment the votes came through...

Seeing as I couldn't give a monkeys about any of them, I consider myself fully on the Chris train now. CHRIS 2 WIN!

Sorry but they put him through for some ratings grabbing so they can fucking have him as a winner as well!

Maybe next year they'll go for a show featuring 12 worthy winners (it's not like the ratings could get any worse).

I'm actually DEVASTATED because I thought for that moment I was about 80 miles from One Direction :( Now it turns out that I'm actually 1,500 miles away from them and I didn't even KNOW when they were less than 100 miles away from me. I mean, I am genuinely CRUSHED.

I'm genuinely surprised there isn't a "VOTE CHRIS TO RUIN X FACTOR" Facebook group yet.

I'm almost tempted to start one, but I don't want to be THAT GUY.

If he makes the final, it will be the third year in a row featuring a Scouser

Lest we forget, Ray Quinn was only 10% behind Leona in 2006. A signficant gap, yes, but even as a noted non-Leona fan, it's LUDICROUS that he was even in contention :D

I stopped watching X Factor 4 weeks ago when we had the Manchester Moopmeet, and I've been busy every Saturday night since then, and haven't bothered catching up. From what I'm hearing I really am not missing much at all. Not sure what happened but I just lost interest in it, I think the fact there were no acts I really wanted to get behind played a major part in it, and not even the fabulous Nicole could make me stick with it.
I actually really want Chris Maloney to win now, it would really stick the boot into Simon Cowell and would be the icing on the cake for this laughing stock of a series.

Guilty Pleasures week is a bit scary in terms of what Rylan will do - he clearly has NO 'guilty' pleasures. :D

    IRM/Bag It Up medley please

Rylan should do Your Disco Needs You this week. It's been crying out for the XF treatment since Rhydian.

That would be good but guess he's going to have to do something a bit more well known

I don't think anyone apart from Moopy thinks about ruining X Factor for the greater good :D

I was thinking in terms of the RATM campaign, and the imitators that pop up every year.

Also there's a BIG 'vote for the worst' movement in American Idol. Or there was a few years ago, anyway.

I'd like it if Rylan did some supposed REAL MUSIC for guilty pleasures week.

Or something by Take That would be quite good. From any of the contestants, really.

It would work if anyone did a Gary/Take That or Tulisa/N-Dubz song. I don't think Kween Nicole would give a SHIT if anyone did Pussycat Dolls/solo track.

I don't think anyone would derive pleasure from a Pussycat Doll song.

It should ideally be some REAL MUSIC DROSS if its something Rylan wouldn't readily admit to. The xx or Alt-J please.

Both Mel Beh and Robbie Williams are rooting for Rylan.
