I kind of agree, though more in the sense that I had previously assumed her to be a bit of a DULL pretty face but evidence goes to show she's at least a BIT MENTUL and is actually hilarious. Intentionally too!

I'd go see that! As long as Tiffany Chapman was in it.

Well that's me watching next year and at least she'll be at all the auditions. I can imagine all the production staff loving her as well when she gets involved in stuff like working at Asda.

I love the quote about Tulisa pulling her socks up? In regards to what exactly?

If I DO bother watching this next year, it would be nice if the judges are all picked at the start and we get to see them each week in the auditions, instead of the train wreck of preceding years wrapped around the facade of OMG GUEST JUDGES FOR ONE WEEK ONLY!!!!11!!

Surely Kitty must have a fairly decent living? Professional impersonators are always <s>well</s> paid.

Get ready for the first booking of the x factor finals. It's someone who's virtually been invisible all year:

    EMELI SANDE :)

One Direction are at the finals too.

No word on Leona yet but surely the universe as we know it will come to an end if she isn't there to depress everyone with some dirgey cover of an old indie song.

Oh I really hope Chris makes the final. Nobody is going to want to sing with him.

Bette Midler has a new film out on Boxing Day and it'd be good promotion. The festive version of From A Distance would go down a treat. Or there's always Cilla. Or Sonia.

To be fair she does deserve it, best selling album of the year and all. Plus finally a Scottish popstar that I can like - there's been so many FUCKWITS through the years - Lulu, Darius, Jade from Pop!

I can cope with Emeli, as long as she doesn't perform Read all aFUCKINGbout it.

But I assume that's planned as a duet with James.

Leona has an album in desperate need of salvaging, of course she'll be there.

I can't say I mind Emeli being there though, it feels right with her having the biggest album of the year and I really like her anyway.

The only reason Leona wouldn't turn up is if they've finally given up on her. Emily Sandy is basically her anyway :(

I don't even like Jahmene and he is a bit of a weirdo, but what a sad, bitter, unfunny old man.

Well the first lady of CRUISESHIP would be ever so fitting for Christopher.

Oh and Frankie Boyle is a sad, desperate TWAT. Does anyone find that sort of shit funny?

I suppose the options are limited as Louis Walsh won't wheel out one of his ageing ropey boybands as he usually would

I'd say Gary but then they did that last year, and I can't exactly see Nicole singing with James, somehow...

I'm surprised there hasn't been an organised anarchic campaign to build up votes for Maloney. For the American shows, there's votefortheworst.com, and while he's obviously doing well enough to get through every week, I'd have thought his chances of winning could be hugely improved by that sort of thing, a la Rage Against The Machine.

(I can neither confim nor deny that I sing on this and appear in the video :shy:)

I've been saying Chris should duet with Jane from the beginning, but I wonder if he'll suddenly develop an ounce of self-awareness and turn her (admittedly only no doubt spurred on by Carol McGiffin) offer down.

Nicole wouldn't care what it does for her acts as long as she's on STAGE!

I could see Gary duetting with Christopher, actually. If only because they couldn't find anyone else credible to do it.

Is Bette Midler actually in the country, or was that rumour just because he's a fan?

I saw a suggestion elsewhere that "Mrs O" might be back next year since she's been tweeting about the show a lot recently :zombie:

In other Louis news, he just won £404k from The Sun in libel for that story about the nightclub assault.

There ought to be a moopy competition that it be awarded to a clueless moopy poster as an avatar for a month.
