They were kind of Sleeperblokes-esque on the first album but were credited on everything. This time around they appear to be involved with just a few songs and will presumably be jettisoned completely if there is an album three.

That's pretty much what happened with Simply Red. So he's the new Mick Hucknall. :gross:

The album is ok - probably a grower and on first listen better than Communion.

I’m just not really convinced there’s anything on there that’s going to really blow up.

Their first album was great. Eyes Shut and Shine were pop masterpieces.
I think this current single is a bit novelty but its obviously doing the business in the lead up to the album, and Sanctify didn't really connect.
I have spotified a few of the new tracks and will see how I go with it - neither of the two singles are up with the Communion stuff for me

All For You is pretty good. If you liked Shine then it’s very much cut from the same cloth.

The album is amazing! Agree maybe doesn’t have any big hits but it’s a great cohesive pop record

Howl and up in flames are particular highlights towards the end of the album

On repeat listens, up in flames is by far the best thing they have ever done! It’s up there with king and shine for me now

I do not understand why Up In Flames is tacked on as a deluxe bonus. At least Kylie had the excuse of Lost Without You not fitting the country theme.

I'm enjoying this a lot and it's solid throughout, despite there not being any true standouts. "All For You" is probably my favourite.

It does all sound very similar sonically which consequently makes it feel like a very LONG listen back to back.

It's a shame the other two have been sidelined in every way - they barely get a look in in the writing and production credits this time. I imagine they'll have fucked off by the time of the next album.

I can imagine lil Olly has future solo dreams...he could be the new Boy George. Although he'll probably end up tied to his radiator.

    A new low:

I mean, he looks like he is enjoying himself, but surely someone could have INTERVENED before this made the AIRWAVES.

All For You is a proper single with video now:

Better that than whatever this was:

Rendezvous for the next single please, since Up In Flames ain't going to happen.

Brilliant song and even though the video isn't really to my taste, I'm glad it's had a bit of effort thrown at it.

    All For You is fantastic

I'm not sure it's been quite as a big of a hit as it deserved to be. :(

No it doesn't seem to have happened really. This new feature will hopefully give them a hit. I don't think it is amazing but I do like it and the dancing rolls are quite captivating:

I can’t believe All For You didn’t even make the Top 40!

It definitely feels more visible than a song that peaked at #47 but I would have picked it as the obvious BIG song from the album.

If You’re Over Me by comparison just feels a bit half-baked.

All For You would've been huge if they released it first or second. They just waited too long and squandered the hype.

If You're Over Me is one of the most UNDERWHELMING songs of this already underwhelming year.
