Everyone should watch Border, for some freaky Swedish action.
Yes, I read that and there's no information other than that fact that I could find. So sad, he is terrific in it too. Shiv Pandit and Siddharth Menon (who both seem to have gone on to do a fair few other things) were excellent too.I really liked Loev too. Did you know that passed away shortly after the film was made?
PS. @Mats COME BACK! I didn't mean it!
Here’s something for all those of us with dark and whirling minds to look forward to

I’ve always been fascinated by this whole very strange business and I absolutely LOVED those books

Oh that looks rather wunderbar
I saw ‘Nobody Knows’ the other day, which has left yet another terrible Kore-eda shaped scorch mark. Am I right in saying that the mother being referred to as YOU in the final credits was intended to suggest that the audience is the mother, or is that just the name of the actress?
I really want to watch “Maborosi” but it seems impossible to get hold of unless i want to pay £50 for a D V D.
We don’t see any believable vulnerability or emotion, and Huppert is frankly not well managed or perhaps even particularly well cast in this role.
At least she looked SPLENDID.
I have NEVER got on with Clare Denis. I mean, i’ve only seen three, of which High Life is one of them, but each one has left me feeling the same way - NOT THAT IMPRESSED.
