I'm going to answer based on experience rather than being entirely beholden to my current no-meat thang.

02 Roast Turkey
06 Nut Roast
10 Stuffing
03 Cranberry Sauce
09 Pigs in Blankets - that's what I miss
-1 Broccoli - I mean, really, one of The Lord's greatest jokes, taking something so good for you and making it taste like solidified farts cooked in horseshit. Bants!
08 Peas - peas are cool as long as you remember not to boil them stupid,
10 Brussel Sprouts - yum
04 Swede
07 Roast Parsnips
06 Red Cabbage
08 Green Cabbage
00 White Cabbage - fuck off
11 Roast Potatoes - mmm
08 Mashed Potatoes
00 Boiled Potatoes - why would you do this to an innocent potato? Cruel and unnecessary.
09 Carrots - again, just don't over-boil the poor buggers and you'll be fine
10 Yorkshire Pudding
04 Bread Sauce
09 Gravy

Oh I love brocoli. A beautiful vegetable. Not sure it needs to be on an Xmas dinner plate mind.

There are some amazing variations of nut roast these days plus meat alternative versions. I haven’t had a standard nut roast since the 90s. Roast potatoes are still king though.

Also leeks in veggie gravy are my favourite side vegetable.

We don’t have Yorkshire pudding for it’s Christmas dinner. It is a rather stupendous idea though.

Do you just eat plain cabbage over there? Where the fuck are sauerkraut and blood sausage?

Do you think that a nation which voted Brexit would really embrace sauerkraut?

We don’t have sauerkraut or blood sausage on Christmas in this country THANK YOU VERY MUCH

However what does TRADITIONAL ESTHONIAN FESTIVE FAYRE comprise?

Blood sausage has no traction over here - we have "black pudding" which is the closest you'll really get.
