Six songs to choose from, with a winner to be announced next Friday, selected by a combination of Jury votes and an online poll for Macedonians.








Not much to see here, sadly. Love & Light or Flower of Sorrow could be revamped into something I guess, but in current form no qualifiers here.

Bring back VASIL

I think the most commercial of them all is Circles. Flowers of Sorrow and Dreams are really nice though.
But there's a market for every song on the list.
 
Love and Light is ALMOST good but would need a major revamp, an extra chorus at the end, and staging that I don't think North Macedonia is capable of providing.

Everything else is crap.
 
I think Superman would be my pick. If you're going to NQ, at least have some fun with it.

Circles and Flowers of Sorrow aren't too bad, could be alright with a revamp. Flying to Berlin is one of the worst things I've ever heard.
 
I guess they TRIED with the song, but its just VERY DATED, and based on that video the poor singer is not exactly BURSTING with star quality.

The should have gone with Flower Of Sorrow and revamped it into LoveWave PART TWO :disco:

Confirmed to be getting a revamp, so perhaps all hope is not lost.

Circles is still the entry but it's getting a revamp and a proper music video.
 
What the actual hell? North Macedonia possibly withdrawing prior to the semi finals. :confused:

Oh there's bollocks like this from them every year. They threw a strop over Vasil last year didn't they? And had the Bulgarian foreign minister say they'd send him if Macedonia didn't. (what a missed bullet!)

Oh North Macedonian media seems to live for drama. I remember days after she brought them their best result ever, Tamara flubbed a lyric while singing their national anthem and they were practically calling for her to be tarred and feathered.
 
Andrea is getting mauled back in North Macedonia for this.

I think it’s pretty dire for the broadcaster to throw her under the bus given how young and inexperienced she is.
 
I did notice it live and think it was an odd thing for her to do. I just assumed at the time it meant her country wasn’t so silly about flags.

If I recall correctly, many Americans freak out about their flag touching the ground.
 
Isn’t her whole performance in front of a big Macedonian flag anyway?

She could have HANDED it to someone rather than skimming it across the floor but even so I don’t really think it warrants chopping off her legs live on North Macedonian TV :(
 
Who in North Macedonia would possibly have been watching it anyway aside from Euroloons, internet gays and mentally deranged ne’er-do-wells? Yes I do realise these three categories are interchangeable :tongueout:
