This should have been the cover

Rather than that bizarre close up with her annoying Tory Nose.

Geri does bossa nova... It actually is quite nice! Background music, but doing it well. It goes a little interesting towards the end too.

Crickets Sing For Anamaria eat your heart out!

This and Love Never Loved Me were the only two I liked.

In hindsight I’d of course give the overall experience a big fat 0.

It's the cover used on Spotify!

Oh that’s good. And with her since admitting that Love Never Loved Me should have been a single at least she can admit her mistakes with this album!

I also remember being obsessed with the back
cover, fuck knows why as it’s SO BORING :D

She looks great, but I hate when you can barely read track titles because of colour clash!

I remember being a bit concerned for her wellbeing around this time. Wasn't it while promoting this record that she had a full meltdown on Top Gear?

I remember Dan Wootton’s UNHINGED campaign against her. Just daily rants in his Bizarre column about how terrible she was, how awful “Desire” was, and how she was forcing her “splat” of an album on the public.

It was such a sudden 180 because I seem to remember “Ride It” being rather well received?

Love Never Loved Me is obviously a good song, but her vocal just doesn’t hold up at all. If a talentless Tory was going to sing it they should’ve just given it to Holly.

The rest is shit, with the two singles being passable but so out of touch with the pop music being made at the time.

This podcast sheds a bit more light of what could have become in the end. LNLM made it through a giant chop where she left out the elecro-pop-inspired tracks and went for a more jazzy/big band sound in the end

I just hit play on 'Passion' and who let her open the album with THAT?

*Croaks seductively*
