I very much expect them to be a legacy touring act and nothing more, except maybe with added bottles of piss being thrown at them at festivals.
 
They've clearly seen Sugababes tour schedule and figured they can have a similar experience. The problem being that everyone knows what a pair of arseholes the Bennetts are and they have much the same goodwill as Lee Anderson has at No 10 right now. Let's see.
 
Yay!!!! Can't wait for MESS. Hopefully they'll tour near me before that happens.

I’m not sure I agree in terms of the kind of reaction they’ll receive for the type of bookings they’ve got. I reckon most of a Butlins type crowd will either be oblivious or sadly either agree or not feel strongly about their opinion. If they’re not playing within the LGBT+ community they’re unlikely to face much backlash. I think being part of music forums sometimes askews how we expect a reaction to be.

Of course the bookings could have been so much bigger and lucrative for them had they been inclusive and worked with Louise and Kelle.
 
Well, this is it - they won't get out of the chicken-in-a-basket and 90s revival circuit. But I hope they get at least a few bottles of piss hurled at them. Open bottles.
 
Am I wrong in thinking that it is highly unlikely people are going to care? I expect an East 17 type of comeback in that I don’t think it will ever enter the general public consensus. I think East 17 tour these days with just Terry from the original band. :D

Yes, it'll be similar I reckon - but just like @BoysForSeles says, they could have had so much more. They will be just another name half way down a 90s festival list, who people see just because they are on - but hardly anyone has gone to see specifically.

I’ve gone through @tommie’s posts and there’s nothing to show that he’s a TERF other than saying he hopes they tour before the inevitable implosion of the band. Let’s not start making assumptions of people and bullying them off the forum.

From what I gather he’s here for the drama and mess.

There’s people here who actively support the likes of Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj and nothing is said.

I see a lot of people mad about Queen Cristal, whose career will surely be long-lived and get a lot leads in Eternal until she takes over the group 🥰

Eternal, who had chart success with their hit I Wanna Be the Only One, were set to perform at the parking area outside Birmingham's NEC in May. It was billed as the girl group's first major gig in a decade. However, it has been claimed the band struggled to sell tickets for the show.
