The Power does little for me. Rhythm is the very definition of 90s euro dance.

Also: enough with gay taste shaming.
 
:D but it’s my SCHTICK

I don’t mind RIAD (dreadful lyrics aside) but The Power is the ONE. That, Pump Up The Jam and Ride On Time were the beginnings of my shift to dance music after sort of rejecting it in the late 80s with Pump Up The Volume, 19 and stuff like that. Those 3 tracks were a revelation.
 
Pump up the Jam and Ride on Time are obviously 28 trillion out of 1.
