I imagine the producers WILL have foreseen her being a fan favourite - they watch the same confessionals the rest of us do!

Well yes of course they do, but I believe those confessionals are filmed long after the eliminations have already happened.

The initial shoot wraps and then all the queens have to come back in to record their confessionals to accompany the episode arc that's been decided upon after reviewing the footage.
